My main romantic F/O is the Vocal Synth and Project Sekai character, KAITO. I also have a strong, more platonic F/O with some other Vocal Synth's, including Hiyama Kiyoteru and MEIKO.

I don't mind it at all! In my personal headcanons, there are multiple KAITO's, since he's a character fit to be portrayed however you want him to be. If you also have KAITO as an F/O and feel uncomfortable with someone sharing sharing him, please feel free to block me; no hard feelings! It's better than being harassed about it. As well, I don't mind any other ships with KAITO.
