Week 1 Check-In: 202lbs.
I started this blog about 2 1/2 weeks ago, and now that I got my gainer strategy figured out, I'm gonna start weekly check-ins for motivation! Also it'll be cool to see for sure how my body changes over time.

Not gonna lie, I'm a little shocked by how fast my belly changed over the last few weeks 😅
I also started sipping a quart of heavy cream over the past week on top of my already dirty bulk, and it looks like that was the real gainer switch.
It shouldn't come as a surprise; one quart is 3300 calories so almost one extra pound of fat a week before all the bulking food, but it's still just kinda surreal to see it in real time. I've always been a hard gainer, so adding visible fat to my belly in only a week or two feels like a new body.
I always wanted to build big muscles, but I never thought I'd enjoy getting fatter. I wonder where I'll end up settling, maybe 210lbs? Or wherever 😜

A few pounds from my highest weight ever 😅
Dirtied up the bulk a little bit and the pounds just added on!
My highest weight is 205 lbs. from about 2 years ago and I'm right under that. But this time, I'm lifting 4 times a week so now I can hold even more than that comfortably 😁
And I bet it's gonna look more impressive too 😉

how much do you bench?
Haven't done a one rep max yet, but I've been doing four sets of 8 rep of about 185 lbs recently. Only been benching for about 2 months, before that was just dumbbell flyes

Oh the good old days of 4 years ago!
I remember being 175 lbs. of mostly lean muscle, and it did feel pretty good, but it was a lot more work and muscle growth was so slow 🥱
But seeing me now is so much more comfortable.
I can eat whatever and however much I want AND I can grow muscle faster 😵 and all I have to do is gain fat with it? Nothing but upsides!
I'm lifting about twice as hard, I'm never cold, and I think I look better than ever 😁 I think I'll keep going for a bit...
I love both bodies for different reasons, but now, I'm trying to see how strong I can get!

one of my favorite parts of watching a smaller feedee grow is when their belly starts to hang
when the gravity of their gluttonous decisions literally weighs on them, when stuffing themself so full so often makes their gut begin to spill over all the time. the fact that you can heft and cradle it, jiggle and palm it easier, play with it more, squeeze and slap all that fat, watch it push out and fill their lap as they lose control with every meal and endless snacks
i love that crease that develops at the hips, with stretchmarks running up their sides at the strain from constantly eating. how it is a constant reminder that there was a before, that there's so much more of them now, and that they're only going to get bigger. the fact that they just look permanently heavy
there's really nothing like running your hands along that fold, then underneath to the underbelly. such a sensitive spot. being able to sink your teeth into it, leave hickeys on their overhang that they can't see unless they shift or look in a mirror
such a milestone to be celebrated! with more food of course
i just think belly hangs and creases are neat
