If I were making a live action Powerpuff show where the girls are all grown up here's some things I would do:

Blossom is the only one still actively superheroing. She's a member of the Justice Friends and the team keeps calling her an intern at first and never pay attention when she corrects them until the time she slaughters, and I mean SLAUGHTERS a giant monster. The team is super annoying but she keeps telling herself it will look good on a resume and sticks with it.

Buttercup likes to hang out in underground superhuman fight clubs. She has great friendships with the people she meets there and has, on more than one occasion, thrown a fight because she believes the other person really deserves the prize money. She absolutely couldn't care less about the money and gives her winnings to anyone she thinks needs the cash. She's still in a relationship with Ace from the Gangreen Gang, but that relationship is about 50-60% arguing, spite, and breaking up, 10% makeout sessions, and the rest is spitting at cars from an overpass and flirting over the worst burgers this city has to offer.

Bubbles is just enjoying life. Wearing cute outfits, shopping, that sort of stuff. She posts a lot on social media about cute bakeries she finds. She's kind of an influencer with, like, 30 million followers and a bunch of brand deals or whatever, it's no big deal. Her sisters make sure to keep an eye on her, though, because she is still Bubbles and she is likely to laser off a man's face on the subway for smushing the cake she bought.

Professor Utonium is retired. He makes sure to schedule daddy/daughter dates with each of the girls and have regular family dinners and movie nights. These days his scientific focus is on creating the perfect little lawn, and trying so hard to not add an extra ingredient.

Mojo Jojo is also retired and he has moved in next door to the Professor. He doesn't do anything explicitly evil anymore, but he has been beating the Professor in the neighborhood's lawn awards for a few years now, and it is really getting under Utonium's skin. After all, the best revenge is a life well lived.

Also Craig McKraken would make a cameo in every episode but always as a different character and at some point someone would point out that he keeps showing up everywhere and he'd be all "no, that's crazy". And that character would spend the rest of the series just looking at him suspiciously whenever he shows up.

The series plot would be all personal drama about staying attached to the people you love even when you're lives and interests start heading in different directions. Also there's some massive alien armada preparing to invade and enslave the planet, but that's just non important background stuff.

Bob Parr is a great hero because at his core he's just a good guy. Yeah, he can be an opinionated glory hound, but he's also the guy who will stop in the middle of a dangerous high speed chase to get a little old lady's cat out of a tree. He will work for years at a job he hates and devote himself to studying their deliberately labyrinthian bureaucracy just so he can help people in need navigate it. He will wrestle with that newfangled math, try and fix things with his daughter's crush, and bend over backwards so his wife can succeed.

He's by no means perfect, but he is good.

This of course means that Abuela is, potentially, the most powerful super as she can not only warp reality (create the Encanto), but also create complex sentient constructs (Casita), and disseminate superpowers.

The Incredibles and Encanto happen in the same universe.

Just finished reading Brandon Sanderson's Isles of the Emberdark and it has reaffirmed my love for Sixth of Dusk for being so absolutely hilariously unbothered by the weirdness of the Cosmere.

Dusk: *Experiences horrors beyond his comprehension* I don't get it.

Dajer: The Cosmere is far larger than your primitive brain can comprehend

The thing you gotta understand about Mr. Terrific in the new Superman movie is that he is always the smartest man in the room.

And he HATES it.
