Journey of Splitting H20 into H2+O2
For several years, hard-to-mine sectors such as aviation, steel, and shipping have relied on coal, oil, and natural gas. These hard-to-degrade sectors are among the world’s largest emitters of CO2 and face the challenge of complete decarbonization. Environmental changes and the depletion of fossil fuels led to the need to research and development. Of sustainable and clean alternative renewable energy sources.
Hydrogen promises to be an ideal candidate in this regard. There are several ways to generate a green hydrogen electrolyzer. Hydrogen production by water electrolysis has a significant position in the market. Green hydrogen electrolyzer are devices that produce hydrogen and oxygen by splitting water using electricity. The process is simple and produces a high level of pure gas without releasing pollutant gases into the atmosphere. The most commonly used method for hydrogen production. One electrolytic cell is a combination of various elements through which water flow with low voltage direct current is passed. Renewable energy.
There are mainly two types of electrolytic cells, namely monopolar and bipolar. In monopolar design, the electrodes are negative or positive and we electrically connected each cell in parallel, and in the bipolar design, the individual cells are electrically and geometrically connected in series, making it the preferred option for green hydrogen electrolyzer manufacturers.
Bi-polar and Mono-polar electrolysis –
Bipolar cells are more compact than monopolar systems, resulting in shorter current paths in the electrical wires and electrodes. This reduces loss due to the internal ohmic resistance of the electrolyte, thus increasing the operating efficiency of the green hydrogen electrolyzer.
In addition, mass production of bipolar electrolytic cells is technically difficult, time-consuming, and expensive. Currently, R&D needs to focus mainly on developing durable materials to extend the life and performance of electrolysis stacks. Reducing system complexity also remains a major challenge. Renewable energy.

Alkaline water electrolyzer | water electrolyzer manufacturing in Pune
Alkaline Electrolyser Manufacturers
In Brise Chemicals, we are on water electrolyzer manufacturing in Pune. The compact, zero-gap, bipolar-type configuration cell module stack used in the alkaline water electrolyzer in India has porous nickel electrodes with a high current density. At the stack outlet, product gas conditioning and purification take place. Demineralized water, energy, and chilled water are required to operate this facility. The plant has produced high-quality hydrogen and oxygen gases and has demonstrated positive results during extended operations. Simply scaled up or down to satisfy customer requirements.

How Does It Function?
The simplest process for producing hydrogen is water electrolysis. The ability to generate hydrogen using purely renewable energy is a benefit. It is essential to decrease the energy consumption, maintenance costs, and cost of present electrolyzes while increasing their effectiveness, durability, and safety to boost the usage of water electrolysis. This study has looked into contemporary methods of producing hydrogen through water electrolysis. We utilize the fundamental electrochemical concepts for water electrolysis that are outlined, which are described in this article along with an analysis of the major process restrictions (such as electrical, reaction, and transport). The topic of electrolysis is discussed along with a comparison of several technologies, along with a comparison of several technologies and a discussion of the key areas that require research to advance water electrolysis technology.
Benefits.
Improved Effectiveness
Environmentally Sound
Consistent Energy
safer to employ
Conclusion.
Alkaline water electrolyzer is usually regarded as a simpler technology; however, improvements need to be done to increase it. Alkaline water distributed energy systems can incorporate electrolysis to produce hydrogen for use in various products. use or as an energy storage medium. Alkaline water electrolyzer still faces before it may be used frequently, and durability and safety issues need to be solved.

To manufacture green hydrogen, Industrial Water electrolyzers are key equipment that is right now unknown for too many concerned audiences in India even in principle water electrolysis seems to be easy. Maximum Indian PSU and private industries took export collaboration path to fulfill their desire but this approach is not very efficient and result oriented. Historically, many defense / technological-related programs got delayed or halted because western companies are skeptical to share technologies, and also during this long TT process they maximized their interest. At BRISE we strongly believe that Indian need to be technologically self-sufficient and must need to take a path similar somewhat ISRO took during its initial time and need to develop a favorable ecosystem for electrolyzers development, supply chain, and manufacturing facilities and need to promote more startups like BRISE CHEMICALS to come forward to solve this issue related water electrolyzers manufacturing. At BRISE, We are committed to 100% Indigenized electrolyzers manufacturing and doing research for a long on the development of Bi-polar alkaline electrolyzers and traveled a successful path towards the development of indigenous water electrolyzers, Hydrogen Purification & Hydrogen Liquefier Technology. BRISE electrolyzers are designed with manufactured feasibility in the existing Indian ecosystem and could able to maximize Indian content above 90% with cost-effective manufacturing with improved performance. Certainly, BRISE water electrolyzers going to offer attractive value to its END users such as Low cost with better operational efficiency, shorter downtime, and higher reliability. We strongly believe that Brise efforts are and will heavily contribute fulfill national objectives.

How Does a Hydrogen Electrolyzer Work?
The electrolyser is a device that generates hydrogen and oxygen from the water through the application of electricity. It consists series of porous graphite plates through which water flows while a low voltage direct current is applied. An electrolyser stack consists of several cells linked in series. These cells are of two types namely monopolar and bipolar cells. In the monopolar design, the electrodes are either negative or positive with the parallel electrical connection of the individual cells (Fig.A), while in the bipolar design the individual cells are linked in series electrically and geometrically (Fig.B).and it is the most preferred option for hydrogen electrolyzer manufacturers. One advantage of the bipolar cell design is that they are more compact than monopolar systems which give shorter current paths in the electrical wires and electrodes. This reduces the losses due to the internal ohmic resistance of the electrolyte and therefore increases the electrolyser efficiency. BRISE Chemicals is hydrogen electrolyzer manufacturers India listed companies
