WIP Wednesday

Everything I've written lately is written on paper and not translated into anything that other humans would be capable of reading, but I made myself a WIP bingo sheet! So I feel like that counts!

Our family always struggled to remember to read every night, then one day the kids came home with reading bingo sheets and it CHANGED EVERYTHING.

So I'm hoping a bingo sheet will help me be motivated to finish stuff the way it motivates my kid and eye to get a blackout by reading Dogman ever night for half an hour.

I put it below the keep reading thing. I'm hoping for just literally any bingo by the end of the month.

One of my favorite fandom things (specifically as it pertains to Ao3 tags) is the concept of “No Beta We Die Like [insert-name-here]”.

I love that seemingly every fandom I brush up against has their own version— at LEAST one— so that the concept is the same across all of fandom but the tags are an ossified bit of culture and history decided seemingly by committee.

Idk, I just think it’s neat :)

This child who came to my house tonight is literally the funniest human being on the planet. She complimented me on having both lollipops and mini Three Musketeers available because "a lot of houses these days don't give you a fruit flavor option." She was very solemn about this.
