So uh this got me thinking. What if I *do* change it to Borkjamnp? It would be easier for everyone involved but that would mean that the @ 's that used to link to me will no longer work. Not that it really matters ofc but like would it inconvenience y'all (aka my friends that also lurks around Tumblr.com) too much if I changed it? I do want to change it, mind you, Borkjamnp just seems more, well, Borkjamnp-y, compared to Breadcrumbstar and stuff. And well, I am Borkjamnp, yknow?

So I made little cats today for Meadows Under Broken Sunlight (another technically not-quite warrior cats fanfic that I am planning) and I liked their designs lots so I'm gonna share 'em with the world :D

Meet Crescentstar and their brother, Caribou! Their designs are similar-ish because they're littermates :D They have the same colour palette so I had to make sure they're not *too* similar so I can still tell them apart, yknow?

Crescentstar was the last leader of the now-dismantled Colony of Everlasting Daylight. Crescentstar was never meant to lead, but the unexpected exile of their brother, Cariboubreeze, left them as the only remaining heir to the throne. Struggling to lead a massive group of cats while trying to comprehend his lost brother, Crescentstar doubted their ability to lead from the start, and the rising amount of unrest within the Colony certainly did not help. In the end, Crescentstar barely escaped with their life when the Colony broke apart. They now live as a wanderer trying to seek out their lost brother while evading the threats within the forest alone.

Caribou was once known as Cariboubreeze, the heir to the throne of the Colony of Everlasting Daylight. He was quite unpopular among the elders when he grew up because he constantly questioned the traditions that the Colony had upheld for so long. He was exiled after he failed to protect Orcastar from a fox that tried to steal their prey. They seemingly vanished into thin air after their exile, as none of the Colony cats have even managed to get a sliver of his scent after he left.

The one time I make a non-rainworld piece of art that I put in a good amount of effort it's just me drawing a cat that is technically not even real in the universe they exist in

"I hate rendering", I say, as I spend the rest of the day rendering random things and not hating that. The correct statement should be "I hate rendering anything that I am supposed to at the moment, such as schoolwork", I think.

Staring at Photoshop and hoping the dang thing would just STOP CRASHING FOR ONCE WHY THE HELL ARE YOU THE PREFERRED APP FOR MY DIGITAL ARTS CLASS I WOULD RATHER USE MS PAINT TO DRAW THE STUPID STAMPS.

Gave up after it crashes for the 2948320938391th time, thank god I saved just before it started failing to function. Decided "screw it im gonna not do this on photoshop in order to save my already rapidly dwindling sanity" and opened csp and starts working on there instead because csp at least doesn't crash every twenty seconds. Not needing to save after every brushstroke is honestly a blessing. gahh i hate photoshop so much its like they designed it to be AS STUPID AS POSSIBLE which like, WHY?!!

Praying and hoping that I can replicate the results in photoshop because I need to annotate it later and pretend I did it all in photoshop so I pass and so the teacher doesn't get me into trouble for not using the most stupid thing there ever to exist to draw. I think im just gonna lie about what brushes I used, its probably not like they're gonna check anyways right? right?? It's worked before I think so Im just gonna hope i can get away with it again.

And now I have decided that I no longer want to draw bones (because why the hell did I decide that painting bones will be a good idea???) and I want to draw random things instead

Now Im staring at csp wondering why I used my time to draw (fully rendered) slugcats and gay cats instead of doing the work I am supposed to do. but Im happy i think so its worth it probably.

I am normal and not easily distracted guys trust

I made lizors!!!! :D

Uhh you can tell that I slowly drifted away from my artist models lol. We started off with normal blue lizard Bubbles and ended with... whatever the heck happened with Drowning Sunlight haha. I think they're all fun and silly tho.

Bubbles is your average tamed Blue Lizard. They are tamed by Batfly the Herbalist when they saved Bubbles from a vulture! Very friendly dog, basically. Wags their tail when they're happy :D also longer tongue compared to average Blue Lizards. They have glowy spike things that can sometimes faintly glow! Very curious, very hyper, very scared of vultures.

Undefined Stars showed up at Eight Blooming Petal's superstructure one day and just. Stayed there ever since. They eat whatever bugs and centipedes they can find nearby and is very protective of Eight Blooming Petals because he provides them a home and also they have a friend-like relationship and Drowning Sunlight, they're maybe partners? Idk. They are very close with DS tho. All of their cyan patterns can glow!!

Drowning Sunlight showed up with Undefined Stars. They are very clingy towards US and will cry and wail if they are suddenly separated. Eats whatever they can find, including fruits. They can swim like a Salamander Lizard but prefers to be on land.

Both Undefined Stars and Drowning Sunlight can somewhat use the yellow lizard telepathy thing, but DS have better control over it due to being a direct hybrid of a Salamander Lizard and a Yellow Lizard while US only have traces of Yellow Lizard in them.

Iterator OCs!! Love them so much lol, I made these for my little hypothetical RW comic thing :D

They exist far, far away from the canon RW regions, so they have little to no connections with the iterators there.

Anyways, the sillies!

Spiral of Dreams (she/they) is an authority figure of sorts in the local group. She is a perfectionist and very stubborn but generally means well. Although she disapproves of Eight Blooming Petals' carefree (and frankly, reckless) experimenting with plants or Unstable Connections' critter research, she doesn't try to stop them because it makes them happy. She often occupied herself with creating little trinkets for decorations or sending out overseers to scout the land. They don't understand what EBP's fascination with plants or UC's fondness with little critters are about but lets them be anyways. They are too busy discovering new, far away things anyways. They speak very formally, and she doesn't really have a sense of humor, but she is generally means well.

Eight Blooming Petals (they/he) was once an iterator tasked with recording and collecting data for the plants of their surroundings. Although his creators are long gone, he still loves his job and takes it very seriously, often forgetting to communicate with others as he buried himself in his work. Despite this, he is a relatively friendly fella, often rambling about his newest discovery to whatever grants him the time of day, whether it is a slugcat, a stray wandering creature, or Unstable Connection. Their superstructure, both inside and outside, are covered in plant matter. Loves pole mimics but doesn't like the fact that they eat his other creations, so they created a species of pole mimics that eats batflies instead. They dislike batflies with a burning passion because he find their buzzing and squeaking overwhelming so they wouldn't mind their tamed versions of the carnivorous plants eating them. In fact, they grow batnip specifically near the pole mimics so they can feed the plants without having to manually drop batflies near them. They often pause and go on long, unrelated tangents about whatever they are thinking at that moment. They are also really easily distracted, especially when they have a project in mind.

Unstable Connection (they/them) is an iterator abandoned by their creator because of some imperfections within their systems. They have trouble communicating with other iterators, so instead they turned towards the little creatures that lives near its superstructure. Friends with the nearby slugcat colony and scavenger tribe. The scavs named them "Pearl" and they liked it enough to stick with that name whenever they introduce themselves afterwards. They are more used to speaking to the small creatures that runs around their superstructure than communicating with iterators at this point. They are close with Eight Blooming Petals, often sharing their findings with him and listening to his endless rambles. They speak very casually because their usual audience are critters who could not care less about the formality of things. Uses more body language than most iterators because it's easier to communicate with the creatures this way.
