Be open to the possibility that people speak nicely about you behind your back, that people are rooting for you, advocating for you, and finding ways to support you.

Exercise. Avoid drama, embarrassments & toxic people. Look amazing. Get smarter. Embrace peace. Eat clean. Make a ton of money. Level up your circle. Stay pure. Be untouchable. Talk less. Be magnetic & intuitive. Pray more. Think highly of yourself. Be the most precious creature on earth, protected by God.

the funny thing is that so many people nowadays are so despicably below average in their endeavors that you don’t even have to be top tier. you just have to be slightly above average and you win by a landslide. and yet, y'all still won’t even do that! sad

Give a pretty privilege harsh truth
Being a woman in your teens and twenties who isn’t maximizing her looks by eating well, working out, maintaining a hot body, having nice hair, keeping her skin nice, and dressing well is a woman who is shooting herself in the foot. Moan about it all you want to but the fact of the matter is these are your most prolific years according to society and if you don’t stop wasting time and putting off that workout or going out looking raggedy bc you simply didn’t feel like brushing your hair and putting on clothes that flatter you, you’re missing out. Just sayin

Alright, let's get real about discipline. If you want to get serious, here's some tough love:
1. Stop Making Excuses
No more blaming time, circumstances, or motivation. Everyone has challenges—discipline is about doing the hard stuff anyway. Your excuses are just delays.
2. Consistency Over Motivation
You’re not always going to feel motivated, and that’s fine because discipline doesn’t care about your feelings. Get it done whether you're in the mood or not.
3. Get Comfortable with Being Uncomfortable
Discipline is doing what needs to be done even when it’s hard. The discomfort is temporary, but the results are long-lasting. Stop avoiding the pain—it’s part of the process.
4. Set Non-Negotiable Habits
Decide what habits are non-negotiable, and stick to them like your life depends on it. Whether it’s working out, studying, or waking up early—make it automatic. No wiggle room.
5. Create a Routine and Stick to It
Routine is your foundation. Stop leaving your day to chance. Structure it, plan it, and then execute it. Successful people are disciplined because they stick to a routine, period.
6. Cut the Distractions
You know what’s slowing you down—social media, Netflix, endless scrolling. If it’s not helping you get closer to your goal, eliminate it. You’re wasting time, and time doesn’t come back.
7. Own Your Failures
When you screw up (and you will), own it. Don’t waste time feeling sorry for yourself. Learn from it, adjust, and move on. Discipline is about bouncing back fast, not dwelling.
8. Stop Waiting for the “Right Time”
There’s no perfect moment, no magical wave of inspiration coming your way. The right time is now. Stop planning, stop prepping—just start, no matter how small.
9. Track Your Progress (But Don’t Lie to Yourself)
Measure what matters. If you aren’t tracking your progress, how do you know if you’re slacking? Be brutally honest with yourself. Celebrate progress but call yourself out when you’re slacking.
10. Do the Work Even When It’s Boring
You want results? Then show up on the days when it’s boring, mundane, or repetitive. Discipline is the grind, not the highlight reel. You’re not special—you’ve got to do the work, just like everyone else.
No more waiting for motivation. Discipline is a skill you build through repetition, discomfort, and effort. You’re either doing the work or making excuses. Choose wisely.
