15 floors and 157 units from: 700 to 1,800-plus square feet. Studios start at $750,000; one bedrooms starting at $1,000,000; two bedrooms starting at $1,500,000; three-bedrooms starting at $2,400,000. Related Beal pitched its development plan for the then-dilapidated Lovejoy Wharf in 2012. They would tear down underused buildings and revitalize the site. Converse opened its new headquarters next door in April 2015, and the condo building, at 131 Beverly St., is set to open for occupancy this summer.

A short walk across Causeway Street brings residents into the heart of the North End where there are more than 100 restaurants, cafes and shops. Lovejoy Wharf is easily accessible to major transportation points in the Downtown Boston area including highways and public transportation. The building is steps from North Station. In addition to the MBTA subway, North Station is one of Boston’s Amtrak terminals and a MBTA commuter train hub. The popular Boston Harborwalk is within easy reach of the property.

One thing the building doesn’t have? Parking.
