Every now and then I remember the epilogue and that Salem immediately went to Vale after leaving Atlas and destroyed it and I'm like. Horrified. Even if it was off-screen. Vale was the first target and nearly lost it all at the Fall of Beacon. They suffered a lot. And then when they're finally recovering-- boom, Salem arrives and destroys it for good. It's horrifying to think about.

Also this means that officially Ruby, Weiss and Yang lost their kingdoms and have no home to go back to. I mean technically Patch was abandoned I think, rather than destroyed, but still. The only RWBY member whose kingdom (yeah I consider Menagerie a kingdom) still is untouched is Blake.
