I have a packet of "clear" protein in the jug of water and two packets of Moo Less vanilla cupcake flavor protein packets in my coffee with SF cookie dough syrup and 1C of 1% milk.
An easy 68g of protein in under 400 calories!

Sike! I had some wheat thins and a reduced fat string cheese right before bed. So, still under 1500 calories, which is good. Did have a dream that my boyfriend ate my food and it annoyed me so I think I'm thinking of food too much 😅

Been trying to limit how much I eat and I think I did great today. My average daily burn is about 2500, so anything less than 1500 calories for my intake is good; less is even better.
Going back to intense calorie deficits to lose weight quicker. I was losing 3lbs a week at my peak and then I fell off the wagon. Time to get back on and hit the road!

Been trying to limit how much I eat and I think I did great today. My average daily burn is about 2500, so anything less than 1500 calories for my intake is good; less is even better.
Going back to intense calorie deficits to lose weight quicker. I was losing 3lbs a week at my peak and then I fell off the wagon. Time to get back on and hit the road!

I was making a low cal breakfast wrap and a potato. Texted my boyfriend about it and he said "as long as you don't eat all day like you normally do" and that was enough to crawl back to Tumblr and the @na community.
