Here are 23 simple techniques for driving more traffic and generating more leads using the tools in your BoldLeads account:
1. Install your widgets on every site you have.
Your BoldLeads account comes with a handful of widgets that can be installed on all of your other websites. These will drive more traffic to your landing pages, and help you capture leads passively, from the traffic that your other websites already get, without any extra effort or cost.
How to install widgets on your website:
1. Navigate to the widgets page in your BoldLeads account.
2. Copy the code snippet.
3. Paste in the code snippet into your other website’s index file. Or, email your login information to

2. Install the Exit-Intent popup on every site you have.
This widget that predicts when a visitor is about to leave your website, and drives them to your landing page. This is a super effective way to drive extra traffic to your landing page just by copying and pasting the widget code on all of your other websites!

You can use a neighborhood report landing page to capture local leads, by offering a free market report through Market Snapshot or a simple CMA. This is a great way to deliver value to local homeowners, build a positive reputation in your community, and stay top-of-mind. This template works very well, and is a free add-on we include with all accounts!
How to do this:
1. Create this landing page in your account, by going to Landing Pages > Create New Landing Page.

7. Send out an email blast.
Did you know you can send an email blast to your leads? It only takes about 60 seconds, and we even created the templates for you!
How to do this:
1. Navigate to the marketing tab in your account.
2. Click “create email blast”.
3. Choose when you’d like the message to be sent, and which segment of leads you would like the message to send to.
4. Enter your email message, or choose from a template at the bottom. Make sure to customize the required fields in the templates!
5. Click send to schedule your email blast.
8. Add a stealth voicemail.
Adding a stealth voicemail to your funnel (or sending out a voicemail blast) is a fantastic way to personally touch your leads, without spending a lot of time or energy. Stealth voicemails leave a message on the lead’s phone, without actually making a call. This increases response rates, and avoids the annoyance of robocalling. Typically, a whopping 55% of attempted stealth voicemails are successfully delivered. The key to success with these, is to sound as if you are personally speaking to the prospect, without actually using their name.
9. Add your landing page URL to every profile you have.
This is a super easy way to capture leads who are visiting your public profiles on Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com, Yelp, ActiveRain, etc. instead of losing out on that traffic! Simply copy and paste your URL into each public profile, and include a call-to-action.

This should be one of the first steps you take after getting started with BoldLeads. You’re already using print materials, so why not capture some free leads from them? You can add your landing page URL, with a call to action to all of your print materials like open house flyers, property flyers, business cards, newsletters, door hangers, sticky notes, magnets, etc.

12. Email/text your old buyer leads.
Send this email to your past buyer leads or clients, with a link to your landing page!

13. Post your URL on LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter.
Post this on your LinkedIn profile, Facebook page, Facebook profile, Twitter profile and any other social media profile you have:

14. Add your URL to your sign riders!
Adding your landing page URL as a sign rider on your listings is easy, cheap and it generates free leads.
15. Post your landing page on Craigslist.
Posting a few ads a week on Craigslist is easy, free and can help drive some additional free traffic to your landing pages.
Some things to keep in mind:
• The best times to post are: 9AM, 12PM and 5PM
• Post your ads in the “Real Estate Offered – by Owner” and “Real Estate Wanted” section
• Leave the price and sqft blank to attract more clicks
• Use strong call to actions and clever headlines to get more clicks
• Always upload a photo
• Post consistently and update often to remain at the top of the list
• You can hire someone on odesk.com for $3/hour to post these ads for you every day
16. Partner with your lender.
Talk to your lender and have them send out an email blast to past clients for you, and set up the landing page so the refinance leads go to them! In return, you can create a refinance landing page and give it to your lender.
How to forward refi leads to your lender:
1. Navigate to the landing pages tab and choose “view all landing pages”.
2. Click the edit icon next to the landing page you which to edit.
3. At the very bottom of the edit page, enter your lender’s email address in the “Email a copy of refinance leads to your lender?” field.
4. Click Update Landing Page to save your changes.
17. Claim all of your local listings, and add your landing page URL to each.

18. Offer to help on NextDoor.com.
This is a social network for neighborhoods. Sign up for your area, and post this link to the wall every month, with an offer to send out free market updates to local homeowners. Each post sends an email to all local homeowners. It’s easy and it works wonders!

19. Answer your own question on Quora.
Quora is a social network that allows users to ask each other questions. Register for a quora account, and ask a question anonymously with a good keyword in the title such as, “How can I sell my home for more money in a down market?” or “How can I sell my [insert neighborhood or small city] home for more money in less time?”.
Then, leave a well thought out response and leave a link to your landing page. This works best after the search engines have indexed the quora post – you’ll start seeing leads coming in over time, without doing anything!
20. Distribute flyers with your landing page URL.
Add your link to a flyer, and pass it out to homes around your current listings, or in areas that you desire listings. Many agents hire high school or college students to flyer entire neighborhoods for $10/hour. It ends up being cheaper than direct mail, and as long as you include a call-to-action, your response rates will speak for themselves.
21. Email a survey to your leads.
Email a 3-question survey to your database (you can use SurveyMonkey for free). Ask them 2-3 questions such as, “when are you thinking about buying your next home or selling your next home?” and “what worries you most about selling your home?”.
Respond to each survey entry with a CMA report for that lead, a free report on common seller mistakes (included with your BoldLeads account) and an offer to help. You can even offer a $5 or $10 Starbucks card to respondents, to encourage participation.
22. Drop off Zestimates with your landing page URL.
Print out a screenshots of the Zestimates for homes in your farm or for homes around your listings. Then attach a post-it note and write:Curious about your home’s REAL value? Visit [INSERT LANDING PAGE URL].Then, drop this at their door.
23. Retarget all of your web traffic, and drive them to a landing page.
Retargeting is a powerful way to capture any potentially lost traffic. Simply by installing a tracking pixel on your landing pages and your current website, you can re-market to any visitors on Facebook, Google and other platforms, and drive them back to a landing page to capture their information.
