August 22-23: Northern California's Premiere STEAMPUNK Festival Returns! This family friendly event's lineup is absolutely sizzzzzzling, featuring musical performances by Diego's Umbrella, El Radio Fantastique, The Crux, Dgiin, and DJ Brycie BONES!

Plus a frenzy of brass marching shenanigans from Hubbub Club, Garberville City Band, and Willits Brass Band! Also amazing exhibits and activities including the Handcar Races, Tesla Coil, Ghost Rider (flaming motorcycle!), Whimsey Circus for kids, Steampunk Fashion Show, bellydancers, The Tea Room, dance lessons, crafty "Make & Takes," and some utterly unique attractions such as GypsyTimeTravelers, The Chris Chandler Show, Dr. Solar's Medicine Show, and Circus Maximus!

I attended Circus Vargas with some friends in San Jose, and I can tell you this is not a show to miss. You don’t have to worry about animal cruelty as there are NO animals in this show, just pure human talent. I laughed until I cried, and loved every act, especially when my friend got pulled into the show... you can see more here . 

Hopefully you enjoy it as much as I did, I think Lev has a bright future as a clown... ;)
