AUDIO EXPERIMENT #26

18 01 2020 Schaubühne Lindenfels, 20 Uhr

- Vokale Improvisation im Kino -

Das Publikum betritt den Saal und setzt sich auf die bequemen Kinosessel. Es gibt Popcorn. Der Vorhang öffnet sich, alles wird still. Bilder, Fragmente aus Szenen, Frauenköpfe, flimmern auf der Leinwand. Plötzlich beginnt es in den Reihen zu rascheln und zu knacken. Jemand flüstert, jemand hüstelt, jemand summt. Jemand steht auf und klettert auffällig unauffällig „Entschuldigung“ murmelnd an allen Schößen vorbei durch die Reihe, dann noch jemand. Nach und nach ertönen aus mehreren Positionen stimmliche Klänge, werden zu Gesängen und Chören, die sich mit den Geräuschen des Popcornverzehrs mischen, zu Songs und Arien werden; zu Schreien des Horrors, Grollen der Monster und Seufzern der Liebe. Zum Abspann ein Terzett.

Für Audio Experiment #26 wird der Kinosaal der Schaubühne Lindenfels für einen Abend zum LABOR DER MÖGLICHKEITEN. Akteurinnen und Publikum erproben die These: „Das Beste am Kino ist die Stimmung im Saal.“ Es improvisieren drei Sängerinnen aus den den Bereichen Oper, Klangkunst und Jazz und eine Medienkünstlerin an einem Videomischpult. Das Publikum ist eingeladen, nach dem Experiment Audiobotschaften zu hinterlassen und mit den Akteurinnen ins Gespräch zu kommen.

WERKSTATT: SUB AUDIO EXPERIMENT (LEIPZIG)

„Guten Tag, liebe Crewmitglieder! Danke, dass Sie der Forschungseinheit AE auf der sub beigetreten sind. Unser Vorhaben ist es, das Unterwasservehikel aus der Dunkelheit des Tiefseebeckens an die Wasseroberfläche zu bringen. Vor uns liegt eine Fahrt durch zahlreiche Schichten auf der Suche nach Lebensformen und Zivilisationen. Das Besatzungsteam stellt die Utensilien für die Durchführung des Aufstieges und wird Sie instruieren. Wir begrüßen Sie an Bord und bedanken uns für Ihre Unterstützung.“

SUB ist eine intermediale Konzert-Performance, die durch die Teilnahme aller Anwesenden ein Spiel mit Licht, Klang und Textfragmenten entstehen lässt. Zusammen mit zwei Musikern und einer Videokünstlerin steigt das Publikum in die Fiktion eines U-Boots ein. Musikalische, visuelle und räumliche Komponenten verändern sich, das Publikum prägt die Installation.

ACHTUNG: Teilnahme an der Mission nur in schwarzer Kleidung gestattet!
