Give me Feral Splinter.

Give me a Splinter that fights like a normal person but he deteriorates into his feral state because he feels like he's got nothing but his mind to lose and he thinks he lost his family forever.

Give me a Splinter that won't let anything limit him just to get revenge/justice for his children.

Give me a Splinter that whips his tail so hard, it just splits open the flesh and knocks the person dead. Let him remind his enemies just how strong a rat’s jaw is, how much bite force he truly has and that’s considering how normal rats burrow in concrete and more. Let him bite, scratch, rip and tear.

Let him give no mercy to an enemy that killed his family and destroyed his home.

Adding this too because we need more Splinter angst, let him be feral for the rest of the fight but then when he sees his family is alive and okay, he’s brought back and he feels guilty and disgusted with himself over all he had done.

Give me that feral Splinter content that we all can definitely expand upon.

So you remember the whole 2012 apocalypse thing? You have anymore ideas on that topic and also supply links to the previous stated things you’ve said?

Yes I have a lot more. I made a whole bunch of sketches and concepts and I already have a plot for this au. But I kind of...deliberately stopped myself from developing this au on tumblr. Because I have zero self-control. And I know myself. If I start having too much fun with this, I might quit the apocalyptic series :l

Basically the concept is that Raph has full-blown shitty amnesia. He's a lonely sullen survivor. His priorities are a simple "get through the day. He doesn't think about the future, he doesn't remember his past. If I had to summarize the plot, I'd say it's a story about Raph, who meets the rest of the turtles in his path and has to relearn how to be a brother.

It’s times like these when I really wish I got into tmnt 2012 earlier because I have so many things I want to talk about (character arcs, dynamics between characters, characterization in general, etc) but I CAN’T because this show has been over for YEARS.

I know there’s still a fandom here and there’s a very slim chance I’m the only one who waited this long to watch the show but kahsaowjsh

So....My friend and I watched the mutantpocalypse arc from the 2012 show

And I'm barely restraining myself from creating a new comic based on those episodes rn. Because the concepts from there are just beautiful, but the execution makes something in my brain scream really loud.

(And I feel like I can fix that lmao)

Just...just imagine...mutantpocalypse, but..... there's half as much action....and ten times as much atmosphere, survival and family bonding

I mean...please, it's so much missed potential there. Raph has amnesia, but it shows up in literally only two lines of dialogue. Imagine how interesting it would be if Raph didn't remember Mikey? Or Leo? They'd have to re-learn how to be a family...

And Leo...I feel like he deserves a bigger arc than being just the final boss...and he definitely deserves a cool design and not...well...this. No offense, maybe some people like his look, but I'm not one of them :l

In DDMG, if you visit New York, it's not at all difficult to find Ratman merch.

Splinter has no idea about this for a long time. He didn't even know he was New York's friendly neighbourhood cryptid until the family met April.

(He was moritifed when he found out people had seen him and taken photos.)

He's not going to find out about the merch until Raph comes home one day after a trip from New York looking the cat that ate the canary.

If Splinter was embarrased about being known as the NYC Ratman, he's going to be even more embarrassed when Raph gives him the hoodie with 'RATMAN' written across it and drawing of himself just beneath.

He still wears the hoodie - it's thick and warm - though the first time his sons saw him in it they all starting giggling.
