//Sorry I've been mia everyone. I just need to take a break from Celian for a little while. I'm creatively exhausted atm, but hopefully it won't last too much longer.

"Um, Celian, ehehe, I hope this is okay for me to ask, ehehe..." Russell hesitates and then he decides to just say it. It's best to get it over with, "Who is that Diethelm guy? Why does he think I'm so kinda supernatural person? He said your name so I assume you know him? Ehehehe..."
"Diethelm?" He's quite honestly surprised to hear that name come from Russell's mouth. Though, his friend seemed to be wandering the bases lately. He sighs, seeming a bit...stressed on the matter. "Yes, I know him. But...what did he say to you?"

“That was the plan,” Celian half-smiles at the other. “I’d like to look at least halfway decent if we're walking downstairs though.” A fairly simple explanation, he gently pats the other’s hand and finishes dressing. Just the bare minimum since he’d just be changing soon anyway. And then he follows the younger male out into the hallway.
~
The rooms are as beautiful as he remembers. Ornate, and reminiscent of the master bath August had owned. Lavish mansions must be a vampire thing, a joke he chooses to keep to himself. Unsure whether or not his company- or others in their vicinity- would appreciate the generalization.
“It’s beautiful,” he says softly. “Reminds me of something August would’ve appreciated.”
Seeing the private room also brought back to light his last memory with Friedrich, the last time he saw the young vampire here so long ago. Somehow he expected him to be here, relaxing in the warm water. And in looking over to Diethelm, he knows he must miss the other a great deal too. How many times they must’ve come here together. There’s an irony in that Celian should end up here again, this time with the vampire’s sire. He keeps the thought to himself.
Having put minimal effort into dressing upstairs his clothes are easily removed, a few buttons needing undone at most. As he works on the front of his shirt, he glances at Diethelm watching the blanket he’d covered himself with fall to the floor. For that moment he stares. And with as much as he saw of the younger vampire last night, there’s a different appreciation of him now.
After realizing he’s been staring for nearly a minute, Celian refocuses himself onto his own clothes. Folding and setting them aside on one of the cedar benches before walking over and sitting in the pool. Relaxing with the warm water washing over him.
Celian seems a small bit disheveled. Maybe it was the admission of his feelings, or putting the other’s into words at all. It was a hard thing for both of them, by the looks of it. And as the other smiles, Diethelm slowly closes his eyes and smiles back, enjoying that kind of intimacy. But soon, Celian is moving, and getting up. Diethelm did ever so hate waking up, and getting out of the comfortable bed. He’d made his room the most comfortable of them all. But he does, none the less.
Even after everything from last night, he seems bashful, tugging at the blankets to wrap around his waist before he leaves the bed. But that doesn’t mean he wont take a look at Celian before that pale skin is covered up with clothing. Diethelm takes note of the scars and wonders how they’d all gotten there and what had happened before. That was for another time, however, and soon Diethelm is raising and gathering a pile of clothing with him. Not wearing it, mind, but gathering it into his arms.
“We should get dressed later. When we’re washed and cleaned.” He says, gazing at Celian while putting one hand over the other’s when he tries to dress. “Just throw it on and I’ll have the maids bring you a set of clean clothes from your room, okay?~” And he tips his head towards the door and starts for it.
~
Meantime, they start for the bath houses. Diethelm was unaware that Friedrich had already shown the other to them, but it was of little consequence. They are mostly light tiling, white and mint aquas, with shimmering mosaics in deep blues and greens. Fountains and porcelain decorate the area. There are a few other supernaturals here, relaxing. Some are drinking wine and have some foods. Other are spending time with their human companions or other immortal cohorts.
But Diethelm leads them into a private room. The room can’t be larger then about ten foot squared and is lined with cedar benching along two of the walls. The pool takes up about half the room. It’s maybe a couple feet deep. Not for swimming, but for relaxing in a private setting. Diethelm comes to the cedar bench and places down his bundle of clothing and starts to remove the blanket he’d wrapped around himself.

The silence that follows Diethelm's words is heavy. Coming from a place so deep, with that hand on his cheek, their foreheads pressed together, the closeness...the weight surrounds him like a blanket. And for a moment, his eyes close taking everything in.
"I..." His eyes open back up now, looking up to him with a softness. Nearly startling himself as he breaks the quiet. "I won't...ask anything from you..." That-no-that didn't sound right. Closing his eyes again he tries to focus. Why is it now it seems he can't find the right words. "What I mean to say is, this- whatever this is- doesn't have to be...defined. I would like to..." Those blue eyes open back up now. "-I will stay by your side, as long as you should want me."
He wraps his arms around the other's waist then. Loosely holding them together for a moment, "I care very much about you too, Diethelm." and he presses a small kiss to his nose.
"Now," Pulling away Celian sets his hand over Diethelm's hand on his cheek, and he has a such a bright smile. "We should get cleaned up, and probably get you something to eat. You've got a body day planned, so I've heard~" He lingers there for a few seconds, then twists around and slides himself off of the bed. He pauses at first, sitting just on the edge looking at the clothes on the floor. Realizing he'd likely need to stop by the room he'd been staying in for a change. He then stands and begins to dress himself for their trip downstairs.
And so slowly he raises into a seated position. Celian’s tone shifts and Diethelm notices. He shouldn’t have faltered, he muses. Slowly, he reaches a hand up to cup the other’s cheek and, with parting lips, he tugs him close so that their foreheads may rest upon each other’s.
“No. I don’t want you to go.” He gazes at him softly. “I’m not a one night stand… Neither was that.” He tips his head to the bed and gives a gentle smile, then turns his attention back to Celian. “I don’t want you to leave… I don’t… Want you to look at anyone else the way you looked at me last night…” He closes his eyes now and ghosts over Celian’s lips with his own.
“I-…” He starts and slowly pulls back, just enough to gaze down at him. “I don’t know… what this feeling is. I’ve locked away a piece of me… For so long…” His gazes slowly flitters to the floor and his eye brows furrow upwards. “But… I know I want you to stay with me… By my side for a long time.” He turns his gaze back to Celian’s, hand having never left him. His thumb starts to rub Celian’s cheek now and he softly lets out a low breath.
“I don’t know what any of this means… Or what we are to one another…” He leans in, keeping them close and lays their foreheads together again. “But I do know what I care… deeply, about you. And having you leave my side, would sadden me… Very much.”

“Oh come on,” Celian playfully pokes a finger at Diethelm’s cheek. Looking over to the other for a second to gauge his reaction. Innocent as it the gesture had had seemed to him, he was worried he’d hit a nerve. He relaxes noticing the brush off. And with that he smiles at him again.
The younger vampire’s reluctance makes him pause. Sighing as he, for a moment, contemplates laying back down. Comfortable as the morning had been, a bit of awkwardness starts to set in now. The promise of a hot bath reminding him they needed to clean up after last night. His eyes close, replaying the evening between them, and a light blush lights up his face again.
He attentively looks over to the other, hearing him begin to speak. Confused now as the words vanish from him. And something tugs at his heart, what is that expression? Then, just as quickly it seems, the thought is dropped, and he watches Diethelm fuss with tying his hair.
A minute of silence later -feeling a bit clumsy with his words- he says, “If you... want the evening to yourself, I’d understand. We could meet later for the lesson.” Visibly he looks unsure of himself. His eyes looking off to the side of the room, lazily examining the dimmed fireplace, while his fingers fidget with the sheets underneath them. Truthfully, he hadnt expected to comes so far with anyone- a heavy, what now? echoes through his mind.

@bloodiedforest, continued from here
Soft blue eyes blink open to gaze at the other body stirring awake next to him now, watching contentedly as the younger vampire slowly comes to his senses. Their eyes meet a moment later, and they smile at each other. A relaxed, calmness settling over them.
“Long enough.” He hums feeling Diethelm’s arms curl around him. A tighter grip now compared to the loose hold the other had after falling asleep. He shifts a bit, readjusting to the position. “I...rested. You must’ve needed it though, you look less tired tonight.” As he says this one of Celian’s hands comes up to brush against the side of Diet’s face in a gentle gesture. Then just as slowly it pulls back down, returning to its place between their chests, and he sighs. “It’s not unwelcome.” Celian pauses there, a playful chuckle escaping under his smile. “Besiiiides, I’m sure the teacher doesn’t mind~”
Being mentioned he remembers the bathhouse downstairs from one of his last visits with Friedrich. A look of longing crosses his face briefly, disappearing as the other stretches out next to him. He stretches a bit himself to ease the tension from having laid still for so long. The thought then of the warm water stirs in his muscles and pushes himself to sit up.
“That sounds nice.” He looks over to Diethelm and smiles. “But you have to get up first, love.”
