I love all those episodes!!! I want to rewatch modern family now... they really all do feel real and it has so many wonderful moving moments. I was so happy to see las vagas and the prescott mentioned, those were so fun too!! I was feeling really sick when I first watched those episodes and I forgot about how bad I felt. all the mixups and confusion were so silly and fun!!

every one you mentioned, I love for the same reasons, I know the show was very very popular but no one I know watches family shows so I have never really seen anyone talk abt it!!! it was so nice reading you gushing abt those episodes ^^💕💕💕

I've also been trying to get my sister to watch the show so we can talk about it, so far it hasn't really worked lol but maybe someday!

and also also, (this doesn't matter but I thought it was a funny coincidence) I was on twitter today looking for a different old dan tweet and saw this old reply and I was just like " :o omg modern family mention!"

Oh thank you!! it was going to be a drawing of rainbow giving pinkie pie a balloon, then I sort of lost motivation lol

Lineart is usually quite tricky for me so I wanted to make a simple drawing to practice/see how well I could do if I really tried. 'cause sometimes I look at people's art and their lines are so clear and clean and I think it looks so nice :]

wowww :O what were your favorite modern family episodes?

it's been a long time since I first watched it so I don't remember all of my favorites in particular.. but it was such a wonderful show 💗

Oh there are so many I could say!! ⸜(^ᗜ^ )⸝ I've only watched it once at this point so I'm def forgetting a bunch but here are a few I remember really liking:

Connection Lost - Loved the unique format of this one, all of it takes place inside of Claire's laptop screen and yet it it kept my attention all the way through, didn't feel like 23 minutes AT ALL

The Bicycle Thief - It turning out that Luke had actually been responsible and Phil realizing he just stole some random kid's bike was so funny xD And Mitch and Cam at the toddler playgroup as well, when Mitch stole the block tower from someone else's baby and the person that works there comes up to him like: 'OMG that's such a big step for Lily! Do you want a recording of it? No she doesn't have to do it again - we actually have security cameras that have been filming the whole time :D' hahahaha (+ Jay sitting down with Manny at the end when his father didn't show up and deciding to bring him on a trip to disney land was so sweet, it was nice to see he cared)

Games People Play -Loved seeing the Dunphy siblings getting along at the end

Las Vegas - How everyone kept running around each other creating misunderstandings was hilarious (so many good bits from this one - Gloria discovering there's a female version of Barkley and desperately trying to get rid of it so Jay can't buy it asdhgfjkdjh)

I also found The Prescott really funny for the same reasons as Las Vegas haha, it was nice to see Higgins return

Baby on Board - The scene where Mitch and Cam talk candidly at the end broke my heart and I thought it was really beautiful and well acted

American Skyper - Phil only being there via skype and just rolling around the house inside this ipad contraption thingy was so funny

Fizbo - Everything devolving into chaos at Lily's birthday party made me laugh

Hawaii - Phil and Claire getting re-married was so sweet and Mitch and Cam running around panicking because they lost Lily in the elevator when she's fine and with Gloria lol - season one hade so many great ones! Family Portrait, En Garde, Run for Your Wife etc.

Gosh there's soooo much more I could talk about! But wow, I really loved this show. It was the perfect mix of wholesome and funny I needed in my life. The characters all have flaws that make them feel real, they make a lot of mistakes but at the end of the day they all love each other, it's healing in a way.

Thank you for letting me yap about this, no one in my family has even heard of this show so I've had no one to talk about it with (which isn't to say that I haven't talked about it at all, because I have mentioned it a few times, just that none of them knew what I was on about lmao, so I tried not to) 💖
