Weight 15st 8.9lb
Today has been spinach, kale, apple, mango and pineapple smoothies
Dinner was peri peri chicken, fried mixed peppers and rice for my toddler and I had sweet chilli chicken with noodles and peppers.
Snack was a few peanut butter + oat energy balls!
No calorie counting until the 19th as that's when I will get paid properly and able to get some batteries for my weighing scale haha!
My toddler ate a bunch more stuff through the day, but this is my weight loss blog haha I ate a little less, just because I need to get a food shop done tomorrow desperately ๐

PCOS management and regulation for my weight loss journey -
I've gone from skipping my period for months at a time and then coming on for literally months at a time, for the past few years to now coming on every month or two.
They now last around 2-3 weeks instead of 2-3 months! This has got better from the only thing I have learnt really mucks up my periods (severe dairy intolerance and soy allergy) cutting these out completely has aided in getting my cycle more regular. Because if your body is constantly on the defense with intolerances and allergies your body is going to not function properly.
But they are still super heavy and last longer than a week and they aren't ever on time.
So here is how I'm going to fix it -
๐ Make sure I get enough sleep and fix my sleeping pattern so I'm getting adequate sleep.
๐ Staying hydrated which is something that I find hard as I never get thirsty. So I'm buying a new big water bottle to keep next to me at all times.
Supplements -
๐ฉต I will be taking Tripps magnesium powder which contains glycinate and citrate with added lions mane and L-theanine. To tackle my cortisol levels which impact pcos. Managing my stress levels, as with my possible bipolar disorder, my stress goes through the roof during depressive episodes.
๐ฉต Taking milk thistle to support my liver to deal with the process of getting rid of excess estrogen.
๐ฉต I will be taking omega 3s, Inositol - myo and d chiro, taking a live probiotic liquid to balance my gut bacteria + vitamin D. The gut microbiome plays a major role in hormone regulation, insulin sensitivity, inflammation, and digestion.
๐ Although I will be doing a calorie deficit, I'm mainly focussing on my insulin levels and opting to focus on whole foods, protein and fibre, balancing my blood sugar and just overly eating a hell of a lot better. Around 70-80% of people with pcos are insulin resistant.
๐ Lots of leafy greens to up my vitamin B levels as they are usually low in people with pcos and I know I don't get enough of them right now aha!
These are just some of the things I'm implementing from this upcoming month, so I will update on here how it goes ๐๐

8th March 25
So today I'm embarking on the rest of my weight loss + health journey.
My current weight is 15st 9.4lb.
My starting weight was exactly 17st 0lb.
Total loss so far - 1st 5lb (19lb)
This blog will be to document my progress whilst trying to lose weight with - stiff person syndrome, pcos, hypothyroidism, endometriosis and possible bipolar (currently awaiting an assessment) and a few other health problems.
Yay fun! ๐
This blog will be not only to lose weight, but the journey to reclaiming my health mentally and physically. Mainly focusing on managing my pcos for my health and weight loss and keeping myself on my journey through the highs and lows of possible bipolar disorder.
As I've come out of depression I've decided now is as good time as any to start focussing on my health, wellbeing mental and physical and my weight loss journey, so here goes!
Today is the start and I'm going to document it all ๐๐
