Swasthya Sathi Card is a unique identity card issued by the government of West Bengal to provide health care benefits to people from lower income groups. The health partner card enables the beneficiaries to get cheaper healthcare and medicines. Like PMJAY, it provides free treatment up to Rs 5 lakh in private hospitals even for poor people. The payment is made through a smart card or health partner card and the beneficiary does not need to make their own payment.

Check Swasthya Sathi Card Status by URN Number

To check the status of the Swasthya Sathi Card online using the URN number, use the following method –

Go to https://swasthyasathi.gov.in/

Go to MIS section in the left side of the website.

Click on the ‘Card Verification’ option to check Swasthya Sathi card status by URN number.

Select West Bengal in-state option.

Choose your district.

Enter your Swasthya Sathi Card URN number.

Submit the form and your Swasthya Sathi Card status will be displayed there.
