im in a binge cycle right now after being restrictive and I stopped smoking Nic for my throat health and I don't know what else to do to suppress my appetite and I need tips besides caffeine because I feel like im losing my mind with how much im craving to eat everything I see and when I do eat I feel like a weight is on my chest with guilt and I hate the feeling and never wanna feel fat again pls help
