Too Tired & Too Stupid || Bliss & Open

As Bliss wrapped herself up in her scarf she glanced over the grocery list she had lying on the table. Checking one more time if she had everything on it, she snatched it from its place and started making her way out. It was probably too early to be out - but she had found herself sleepless and might as well make herself useful. Besides, she kinda liked the empty streets, only few business people to be found with their fancy clothes and coffee in their hand. The sun still struggling to make lighten and warm the day. It was cold, sure. But she didn't really mind.

Any other day she would've taken her legs to the grocery, but today she really was too tired to make more steps than necessary, and now that she had the car - why not make good use of it? She had gotten it for her 21st birthday, from her oldest brother. He had come over to go see her, and she was absolutely in love with it the day they met. So even though she still preferred walks often, sometimes she couldn't resist to ride her baby.

It was a quick stop. It was - as expected - extremely calm in the store, so she could just take her things, get straight to the cashier and get out. Pleased with this as she was, she dug in her pocket to find her car keys. There were only house keys to be found. "No, no, no," she murmured to herself as she made quick steps towards the car. Unfortunately; yes, yes, yes there were the keys, still in the ignition where she had left them with her stupid tired head. She grunted as she smacked her head against the car. Now what?

She probably had to call someone. Her dealer, or a locksmith or anyone. Once again digging her pockets - she again found herself searching for something she forgot. "You're so useless Bliss," she told herself as she leaned her back against the car, lighting up a cigarette and waiting for a passenger to come by so she could ask to borrow their cellphone. How could she be so stupid though?

"Oh, excuse me!" she said, sprinting towards the first person she saw coming 'round the corner. "Do you have some time? You see- I locked myself out of my car and I don't have my phone on me.. so I was wondering if I could borrow your phone for a bit? Promise I won't use it to call to any foreign countries."

I get you though. Missing classes is a pain, so is following them. I guess life is just tough, you're lucky to be such a badass.

Well, all he does is freeload food and attention, so I thought the least he could to show his appreciation by versing me in some Guitar Hero to help me procrastinate on this term paper.

When you miss one day of class and come back and it feels like it’s been ten days you missed. I love living life on the edge.

[Laughs again] I'm afraid you're gonna have to accept cats are useless.

Trying to teach my cat how to play Guitar Hero? Really ineffective. I think he’s just mad because I’ve got the advantage of opposable thumbs.
