This is awesome news. When I made my first trip out here, back in 2013, I pulled into a turnout somehwere near Big Sur where a group of people were looking up at the sky with binocs. I'd gotten out to see if I could finally see the Pacific, which I hadn't seen in literally DAYS due to the fog. I asked them what they were looking at, and they said "Condors!".

So in nine years they've managed to make it up to Mt. Diablo.
