few years ago, i had an officer stop me because im apparently in the wrong lane. i apologized and explained that i was only “strictly following waze” because it’s my first time in the area. as he was writing the ticket, i asked him if he can please direct me to where i should go because im lost and he explained it THRICE but i just couldn’t get grasp it so he frustratedly and angrily tore the ticket and said, “just leave”
im pretty sure i heard him mutter that i’ll be another officer’s problem
