What we have in the back.. in a jar full of water… is the carrot tops or

carrot leaves 🍃…

Carrot leaves… just like all vegetable leaves that I know of… are very nutritious….😊

WHO TAUGHT US TO THROW OUR VEGETABLE LEAVES AWAY👻🙄

When you harvest fresh carrots…

Remove the leaves from the carrots in a reasonable time… because the leaves will become dry and suck water out of the carrots… separate the leaves and put them in their own container with water

I plan to cook these leaves and carrots in a bean soup 🗣️
