Well...this happened to me today. For those of you that were in the know...the path was laid for this a year ago this month when I started working the line with Jurik Consulting. The work I've put in since October, the literally thousands of rounds sent down Range, travel, classes, quals shot, and the patience and time with paperwork dealing with the Department of Public Safety - have all come down to this one piece of paper. It doesn't look like much but in the end, I'm one of 18 businesses in ANC and one of 42 statewide that can certify law abiding, Alaska State Residents with a state sanctioned Conceal and Carry Course. No it's not required in Alaska, but with gun ownership, comes great responsibility, and the education as pertains to being prepared for one of the worst situations in your life makes a CCW permit worth the time to help insure you come out on the better end both legally and civilly. This journey wasn't easy, but now I'm here and have additional reasons to use #hashtags. #pewpewlife #mindset #trainhard #nracertifiedinstructor #dontbeavictim (at Anchorage, Alaska)

Well...12 hours on the range and in the classroom with a passing certification score of 100%. This is my treat to cap off a very productive week between work at CAC and my state certification. This was the best sushi in the three sushi restaurants that I ate at here in Michigan. Long trip home ahead of me only to be coming back in a week hahaha (at Ziki Japanese Sushi & Steakhouse)
