padmé is literally the catalyst for every single thing happening in the main saga. yet she hasn't been mentioned in any type of media (esp live action) SINCE ROTS and i just can't comprehend that. why does disney hate her sm? my bar is on the floor atp. i just wanna hear her name ONCE. disney thinks they're so smart with their 'strong female characters' recently YET THEY'RE HOLDING ONE OF THEIR STRONGEST ONES BACK UGHH

JJ and Kie were set up from the very beginning and you cannot convince me otherwise. From the way he's always the one with her when she's dealing with her parents, to the way she's there when he is dealing with his, to the way they hugged each other first when they found out John B & Sarah were still alive, to the way---even though she was dating Pope---JJ stopped to ask Kie if they were going to follow Pope after he bolted out of the car to chase Gavin, and then opened the door for her, and ran beside her.

Sarah definitely doesn't get enough credit for owning the boats that bring the Pogues back to the OBX, every time. In Season 2, its the 'My Little Druthers' from the Bahama House that brings John B & Sarah---and later the Pogues from Charlestown---back to the OBX. In Season 3, it's the Catamaran that Kie took from Rafe that brings them back to the OBX from Barbados.

Nothing will compare to the unadulterated innocent sheer joy the Pogues felt when they found the Royal Merchant Gold.

When I came out to my mom, she didn't understand. So I used the perfume analogy and she understood it as celibate. Which to her, as a devout Muslim, made sense. She said its good because unmarried women shouldn't be sleeping around anyway.
When I came out to my ex-bff, he loved it. He decided it meant that he could talk to me about all the weird sex things that happened in his life because it wouldn't affect me any way, shape or form.
When I came out on Tumblr, on my original account, I was flooded with acceptance and warmth.
Guys, could you reblog this with aro/ace positive stories? I would love to come back to read them from time to time
I'll start. The first time I actually came out I was met with complete understanding and accepted as part of the queer community. I felt so warm 🥺💛

So Big John drags John B to Charleston in search of the church where the priest of the San Jose was buried with his belongings, with the hopes of finding the other half of the gnomon. And yet, Big John was inexplicable blind to all the clues and John B had to point out every single thing while Big John had a meltdown.
Big John: No, no, no, no. The church should be right here. Whereisitwhereisitwhereisit---
John B: *Looks up* *sees a sign poster that says the church burned down and all the items were moved*
----LATER IN THE SAME EPISODE----
Big John: The box is empty! no,no,no,no,nononononononono---
John B: *Looks around* *Sees another box labeled 'Church Misc Items* *Looks inside* *finds the other half of the gnomon*

Jimmy Portis was probably living his best criminal life until he met the Pogues. Suddenly, all in one day, he loses his beloved plane, his money, some of his clothes and then his life.

Here's to hoping the Pogues invest in some karate classes because watching them routinely get their asses handed to them when willingly walking into danger is starting to hurt me

Ward: My son is fine!
Sir, your son shot your daughter and didn't regret it, he tried to drown your daughter when she yelled at him for what he did, he murdered a Sheriff in an attempt to protect you, melted down a relic so holy God sent a hurricane to destroy the previous thieves and then your son proceeded to put a hit out on you when you wouldn't leave.
No, he is not fine.

For all the shit we give John B for being glad Ward died when the Druthers blew up, no one notices how fleeting that moment really is. John B takes a moment to enjoy the death of this man who literally nuked his entire life, just a moment, before he looks down and realises he'd fucked up. The love of his life is crumbling and her ex is comforting her over a loss that he can empathize with.

Rafe believing that the Cross belongs to him because he "found" it is as hilarious as Ward believing the Gold belongs to him because he funded Big John's search.

JJ willing to engage in a shootout against cops that had him outnumbered, outgunned and outmanoeuvred rather than give up John B vs my friends who won't even text me back

Nothing breaks my heart more than JJ screaming, "YOU DROVE THEM STRAIGHT THROUGH THE STORM, MAN!" and Shoupe looking guilty and broken because its true.
