Okay so this salad is orgasmic no joke

You’ll need fresh spinach chopped so the leaves aren’t all weird and big, quinoa, chickpeas, chopped cucumber, fresh Roma tomatoes, large roasted sweet potato cubes (to the point where they’re soft and the syrup stuff is leaking out), sauté broccoli+peas+cauliflower in garlic, chilli and Thai spices (Thai is optional) then mix everything up and top with my favourite salad dressing ever

Are you ready? Ok. This dressing is LIFE: maple syrup/whole grain mustard/tahini and a shit ton of lemon juice The quantity varies but like I always do like 1/2tbsp of mustard to a tbsp of maple syrup and half/3 quarters lemon juice and tahini is to taste
