Effectively, I'm a leader in festivals and parades held by the Cult. Believe it or not, I'm actually a damned good healer. Helps in my act since it usually involves slinging my own blood and guts about the place.

I know a handful of spells useful for emotional manipulation, but nothing super complicated. Just things to rile up the crowd so they enjoy the show more.

Learned the healing magic from a former Selesnyan druid that got tired of living in the Conclave and yearned for the spectacle. The emotion spells come from the Blood Witches.

I'm not going to pretend like I'm the first to ever have this thought, but here I go speaking it out into the ether.

I wish Railjack had some sort of LFG or queue system.

Conceptually, Railjack sounds neat as fuck. Ship to ship combat in space with a full crew necessary to operate the ship smoothly.

But, at least on a personal level, it has never felt like that in practice. Everything has felt like a confusing scramble as everyone rushes for the turrets or the captain's chair. Or one person just sits in the heavy artillery cockpit the whole time. And nobody is interested in doing repairs.

And sadly, because I am a lowly console player, text communication in any sort of speedy way is a wishful dream and, as a woman that has been playing games for the past three decades, I have long since learned my lesson about any sort of voice chat (not especially fond of voice chat regardless, but you know).

So, imagine instead, there was something in place similar to MOBAs like League where you could choose a pair of roles that you would like to play before hopping into a matchmaking queue.

I'm not a game dev, nor do I really know much about it so don't mistake this for me attempting tell them how to do their jobs because who knows how difficult it would be to implement such a thing. I just think it would greatly improve the experience if everyone came into the missions with a clearly defined plan that could be stuck to.
