Part of me took that other post in good faith last night. Naively. And I legit went to search up "The Temptation of Elminster" to see if I missed some of Mystra's so-called heinous crimes.

Instead, this is what I found:

I mean, just look at the cover. Poor man being scrutinized by a domineering woman clad in all black with skin, tits, and ass on show. 😥She's probably wearing heels off screen too. What a terrifying show of authority! She's just missing a whip/riding crop to discipline him properly. I'd hate to see what this type of woman does to a man when he disobeys her...

People need to think about this for more than 2 seconds.

I'm guessing the woman on the cover is Dasumia, but hint hint - it's just another dual-natured, dommy mommy temptress who may be someone else already telling Elminster what to do the whole time...

It is so 100% clear that Mystra is Ed Greenwood's nerd wet dream. And all the bizarre sex stuff has less to do with her as a character, and more to do with her as a tool for Ed Greenwood's biggest fantasies.

Mystra and her avatars keep having sex with all these male chosen because they exist as rewards to the male protagonists (and often self insert of Ed Greenwood himself.) He is not telling some mind blowing tales of female sexual predators. He's writing erotica where powerful, higher-than-thou women are manic and can't resist lowering and offering themselves to super special "chosen" men.

I mean, sure.... but have you also considered that force-femming Elminster was what he needed? Do you sincerely think that Mystra's cadre of nerd men being force-femmed and spanked by a magic dommy mommy is supposed to be written as sincerely horrific torture?
