OK. So basically Nicova was a journalist and was working towards making a story about Jane Crocker and her mistreatment of trolls (or smth like that) and decided the best way to find out Jane’s true intentions was to directly work under Jane Crocker. After MANY of her friends told her it was a bad idea she continued to do it anyways, working up up up until eventually she became the personal assistant to Jane.

What she DIDNT know however was that her promotion was just Jane’s way to keep a close eye on Nicova… this eventually caused the 2 to form a sort of kismesissitude between them. All is well until eventually, as the war rages on, Nicova eventually begins to feel flushed feelings for Jane, and no longer has any idea what to do with it, she doesn’t want to feel these feelings but the more she tried to deny them the worse they became 😔😔😔 I’d imagine Jane feels the same way, however the reason she doesn’t try to show her feelings is due to her not wanting another situation similar to the one she had with Gamzee (who Jane also had a pitch relationship with as I’m sure anyone who read hs^2 or the epilogues know already…) So this leads to both of them wanting more out of the relationship but are scared to make a move due to personal issues and not wanting to ruin of what they already have even though they go about it in their own ways (Nicova constantly switching between clingy and emotionally distant while Jane being in denial probably) 💔💔💔

I don’t want them to be happy so Nicova eventually has to chose between Jane and her friends who need help in the war 😂😂😂 but homestuck has like 200000 million universes so they’re alright I suppose

This is PROBABLY the shittest lore I’ve ever done but tbh I was making it in my head while drawing these so yea it’s pretty bad… whoopies sorry chat
