Jeanne d’Arc was given the name La Pucelle d’Orleans after she was able to lift the siege of Orleans in only nine days. In doing so, she was able to gain prominence and proved she was no ordinary (or insane) girl.
After several victories through her Charles VII was finally coronated as King at Riems, thus ending the dispute over who was to get the French throne.
Later, when Jeanne is to be tried for Heresy after her capture on May 23rd, 1430, King Charles VII is given the option to retrieve and save her. He declines, allowing the reason he was able to become King to be tried and executed a little more than a year after her capture.
La Pucelle= the Virgin (Maid, in this case)

“May 31st”
Picture says:
“I can wait for thousand years
if it can meet you again.”
I’m assuming it’s supposed to say:
“I can wait for a thousand years
If I can/could meet you again.”
May 30th, 1431 was the date of Joan of Arc’s execution by burning at the stake. May 30th is now, in the Catholic faith, known as The Feast of Saint Joan of Arc to celebrate her.
I think this picture was supposed to be May 30th. Unless the artist is referring to the day after her execution

I know you can’t see this because it’s so small, but I very much encourage you to follow the Pixiv tag and see it. It seems like it’s just going to be the Bad Touch Trio talking about their girls, but it turns out very sweet and sad.
Especially the end.
