How I Began to Feel Alive Again

I was lost in an existential crisis for many months. Thinking that if there’s nothing after death, then life has no meaning.

Searching for some universal, built-in purpose, I kept asking questions that had no answers and never will.

But recently, I understood something simple.

You don’t find the meaning of life by thinking. You create it – slowly – by choosing something you can give yourself to.

A passion. Big or small goals. By Something worth your time and effort.

That’s when life starts to feel real again. Not because it suddenly makes sense, but because you’re the one creating reasons to go on.

And maybe that’s all we really need: not answers – just something to love, and something to give ourselves to.
