Ok so, full disclosure, I had intended to run a few more polls on here, but I haven’t been on Tumblr as much lately because it is Not Great for my mental health. I might run one or two more polls that I’d like to see the outcomes for but I’ll probably be leaving this blog behind sooner rather than later.

It was really fun though! Obviously everything will stay up as an archive of great F@TT music, and if anyone wants to run another poll like this in the future I will happily hand over the reins.

All right! I am done with grad school (potentially forever but that remains to be seen haha) and am thus ready to do some bonus brackets! The first bonus bracket will be posted tomorrow!

What are your thoughts on future music releases? Full tourney of the entire back catalogue at the end of every season?

That’s not a bad idea! Probably not at the end of this season, though, since it seems to be just around the corner.

We’ll see how things are looking come the end of 2angfielle, and whether I feel up to doing this again. Those spare brackets are still coming btw! Just, you know. Busy and all that.

As for next steps, I don’t think I’ll do a full losers’ bracket. I will, however, do a handful of detached matchups that we didn’t get to see in the main tourney.

Those matchups will include Sermon of Sister Rust vs Tell Me, but if anyone has any requests/suggestions for other matchups, feel free to shoot me an ask.
