Bertholdt isn't in any way slender, lean or lithe and describing him as such proves you don't respect the canon in any way. He's canonically just as bulky as Reiner, if not more, a big wide gorilla of a man. There's no part of him that is ever remotely slender.

Bertholdt being autistic is a horrible headcanon that just perpetuates the stereotypes of the Cassandra hategroup that autistic people are just socially malajusted sociopaths and are inherently abusive. Bertholdt is certainly a sociopath, but he shows zero signs of autism.

You acting like Porco was a bully towards Reiner, while he was just upset with his brother dying and Reiner trying to imitate him, and understood Reiner + eventually died for him. Meanwhile Bertholdt made every day of Reiner's life miserable, drained him of life and energy and emotionally abused him every moment they were together. Bertholdt never protected Reiner and wouldn't protect him even if Porco WAS a bully towards Reiner.

Stop putting your Bertfujo shit online. All Bertholdt ships are toxic by definition, shipping Reibert especially needs Bertholdt's and Reiner's characters to be twisted completely into OOC mockeries. Bertholdt was a horrible friend to Reiner, he never cared about him and never tried to support him, he was fully ready to burn Reiner to death in an explosion without any secret thoughts.

Marcel was the big brother.

Bertholdt never was close with Galliards or really anyone from Warrior unit. He was somewhat close with Reiner, but it was a deeply abusive and manipulative relationship that was bad for Reiner, Bertholdt never cared about Reiner's feelings and never supported him while leeching off Reiner and constantly demanding support and affirmation.

Bertholdt ran away as soon Marcel was grabbed by Ymir, he never ever cried after Marcel's death like Reiner was or was upset about losing him.

If you depict Bertholdt as kind, shy or caring, that's not Bertholdt you're writing. Canon Bertholdt is a mean-spirited, uncaring jerk and if you choose to ignore that, you're infantilising him.

Bertholdt canonically was the only one of the warriors who neither cared about 104's cadets nor had any remorse for his actions. He was the only one to be fully on board with their mission. If not for him, Reiner and Annie would have reformed far earlier if Bertholdt didn't keep pushing them forward to continue their mission of genocide.
