BABY BAT BUMPDATE #2

How far along: 16 weeks.

Size of baby: About the size of an avocado~

Must have items: I’m still wearing crop tops constantly, I’m also loving this shaved ice maker thing that appeared magically in our house. This is a hungry baby.

Sleep: Like the dead.

Cravings: Citrus fruit, still, and lollipops.

Baby movement: I felt it from the outside! Joey hasn’t been able to yet, but that hasn’t stopped him from trying. I woke up with him touching my stomach yesterday.

Challenges this week: I’m suddenly super-sensitive to various smells, and so I threw up when Joey tried to make pancakes and burnt them.

Best moment this week: Sending the twins off to stay with Joey’s parents before we move into our little temporary near-to-the-studio house. We’re driving up as soon as we have everything packed!

Hey everyone!

So everything is currently in a massive amount of chaos right now here. Joey’s off in the city, so I’m by myself with the twins- and surprise, I’m all babied up again.

I went to the doctor’s to get it all checked out, as you do, and apparently I’m almost fifteen weeks along. Yeah. So that was a surprise. I guess that since last time was twins, I wasn’t expecting to be this… small? I barely have a bump, although now I know, I can for sure see it. And that photo’s with me sticking my stomach right out! I only took the test because Joey said I should- something about me eating about five kilos of oranges didn’t tip me off, but I guess he can occasionally be observant. The twins have no clue, but they’re doing really well. They look more like Joey every day, although they have my hair colour!

We also worked out that we probably conceived this one on the night of The Meteorites reunion shows, so we’re referring to the bump as Baby Meteorite for now.

So as of right now we’re coordinating a temporary relocation to be nearer Joey, just for a little while as there’s gonna be some major renovation work done on our house to make it properly sorted for when the new addition arrives and I’m apparently not allowed to go near any paint or whatever under Joey’s orders.

So I’m gonna be trying to actually do this Mumblr thing. Bumpdates and all!
