I wanted to draw a whole thing and then I remembered the entirety of my depression fatigue at once so you get this shit thing and WORDS.

It’s good practice anyhow.

Trolls of Vol’jin’s had come home telling stories of dragons. They had seen one fly overhead. Purple and burning with the insidious power belonging to the twilight dragons. Not an unusual story these days but close enough to home to be concerning. The group wasn’t equipped to fight a dragon, let alone one of that dragonflight, and had thought to turn back. Or, most of them had.

Marduk’s original name ended w/ -ona or -ia and he hated it. He changed it immediately after fleeing the flight.

   Discomfort clearly written on his face. Keeping busy was a chore but it was more than that. Trolls hadn’t spoken much about Anduin. They had all had more important things to discuss. Still, Marduk had certainly heard of him. He was still young but had already proven himself as a promising leader and, more importantly, had had more than enough experience with dragons. He knew well to behave himself even without the familiar and warning voice reminding him.

   Marduk eyed the top of the young man’s head, doing his best not to look directly at him. He didn’t actually understand what the average height for a human was. Nor that of an elf. All his knowledge was on trolls. Whom, he was beginning to realize, were some of the more impressively sized beings on Azeroth.

   For bipedal creatures, anyway.
