To Celebrate The 25th Anniversary Of "The Phantom Menace", The Movie Returns To Theaters For A Limited Time On May 3, 2024

Ahs delicate is BADONKADONKS! That’s how I’m doing right now. At first I didn’t like it as much as I liked NYC but some shit has gone down. I got the motivation to watch this season from the episode breakdowns on YouTube lol. But they were good and helped me think about stuff in different ways (there is no way that Nicolette is a real person) and, in true American Horror Story fashion, things are headed in a satanic direction.

One big thing about the show that I don’t think I like is the incredibly modern vibe that it has. Yes this was also present in the other later seasons as well, but why does everything have to be monotone. Why was the iconic ahs font changed?! Why are big/popular brands/companies such as Disney, Ben & Jerry’s, and the golden globes being mentioned? Why are we eating green goddess salad because we saw it go viral on TikTok? Instagram is also mentioned multiple times but I think that’s one I can get behind.

Why are we not talking about season 2 ep 4 of the bad batch?! Was literally so werid. It was definitely one of those episodes of a show that is thrown in simply for shits and giggles and I’m not opposed to that. I found it a little strange that instead of pod racing it was called riot racing, maybe because they weren’t on tattoine. It was pretty much the same concept except the vehicles were like one half of a pod racer. (That made no sense)

For me the episode became funny when cid introduced Wrecker, Tech, and Omega to Tay-O, who gave me such cunty/ken/male wife vibes oh my god! The voice of Tay-O reminded me of Herb from the minions movie and also Jean-Ralphio from parks and rec, which is a crazy comparison to make I’m aware. Tay-O was hilarious honestly, he gave what he had to give. The announcer for the riot racing was also super funny.

Rewatched Star Wars attack of the clones with my friends and it made me realize even more how not straight I am. I don’t know if/what this is leading me to. Maybe it’s going somewhere, maybe it isn’t.

Does anyone remember that soccer-esque game called World Cup? I played it at ymca camps as a kid but basically your supposed to have a partner and the two of you decide on a country and if either you or your partner are about to score a goal you shout out the country name that you chose and the objective is to score a goal before everyone else. The game ends when the last person finally makes it.

Idk I was thinking about this tonight and the fact that every time I played it when I was like 10-11 every kid wanted to choose either North Korea or Djibouti for their country. Back then those two countries were jokes to us.
