L-Shaped Staircase: Traditional

Hey y’all! Hope you guys like this set as much as I do! 

Hi guys!

This set includes a new base and railing style add-on. It includes: 

2 new bases, Closed and Semi Open. Each has 4 channels and and 5 presets to match the Basics Steps.

A new railing, two pieces each and 4 in total for both the left and right staircase. It includes 3 channels and 5 presets.

This set does require the L-Shaped Staircase Basics Steps to work. If you already have it, there’s no need to redownload.  

However, if you do not have that set, the steps are included in this download. All accessories are optional. 

The script is required if you do not already have the Go Left/Right store set or the Prism Art Studio set. 

This set should not conflict with any other objects or mods.

FYI

 I detailed in the Basics post how to use this set and all the housekeeping info. Everything can be found under the Spiral Staircase section of the Build catalog.

Syboubou’s Moving In & Out Sign 4t3 Conversion

I found Syboubou’s moving sign, and wanted it for a little project of mine. I decided to convert it to TS3. Full disclosure, just like the TS4 version, one side of the sign is flipped. I thought it added character, so I did not switch it. The wood is recolorable, the sign is not. Comes with the same three sign options as the original. Found in lawn ornaments for $5. download here
