🦄 Mythical Couples as Caregivers [HEADCANONS]

Included: Angels, Unicorns, Vampires, Sirens

I make characters sometimes. And thought...why not make some caregiver characters lol? I can't sleep, so. Might as well (. ❛ ᴗ ❛.)

Collages were made to show off what these characters look like as well as their aesthetics. They were made by me, however, the images were not. Full credit to the original owners. The only things here that are mine are the characters, the collages and the writing. I own none of the images except for my DNI banner at the bottom.

These are my interpretations of these creatures. There is no right or wrong. Please refrain from trying to correct me or anything like that ಥ_ಥ

Angels —

Pricilla & Atticus —

🕊 Pricilla and Atticus are two angels born of laughter and light; while quite similar, Pricilla is more regal and logical, and Atticus listens to his heart over anything else.

🕊 Pricilla and Atticus have been lovers since the creation of the Earth. The day they became your guardian angels was the best day ever; you have been one of the best things to happen to them.

🕊 Because they're angels assigned to you, they know everything about you, and the causes behind your regression. They're accepting of you, no matter what.

🕊 They have an estate, made by them to stay close to you. Their estate is high up within the mountains; you have a wonderful view outside of your bedroom window.

🕊 Because they're angels, they have wings that they must preen daily. Pricilla's wings are a lovely peach, and Atticus' are white with some golden specks. They let you touch their wings, and as a result of having to preen them all the time, they preen you, too. They have preening sessions every day.

You don't have wings, but they'll preen anywhere else. Hair, skin, teeth...

🕊 Pastimes with them are quite enjoyable. Pricilla enjoys reading her books and toying with clouds. She will happily let you hold spare cloud as she shapes them to her liking. Clouds aren't 'solid', so why you're able to touch them, you have no idea. Pricilla says it's a secret.

Atticus has a love of animals, and he has a horse named 'Inkwell' simply because she's pitch black, much like ink. She's very gentle with you, and Atticus loves helping you brush her. If you're in an older headspace, he'll let you ride on her back [with his guidance, and no faster than a walking speed].

When not with Inkwell, he enjoys putting on some Tchaikovsky and dancing with you. He'll guide you, so no worries if you have two left feet.

🕊 Pricilla is quite skilled with a harp. She'll play it for you to help you fall asleep, if you need it. Atticus doesn't play any instruments, but he has a wonderful voice.

If they need you to fall asleep, they'll play a song for you. Works like a charm.

🕊 Being afraid is literally impossible. You're in a safe spot, being taken care of by immortal, majestic, biblical creatures, and you're always fed and warm. "Be not afraid" is right.

🕊 You can ask anything you wish about Heaven or how angels work. They're honest...for the most part.

🕊 Punishments vary. Pricilla will warn you a few times and then resort to time in a corner, writing lines, or helping with chores. Atticus, on the other hand, thinks sitting you down and talking about your wrongs is best.

🕊 Pricilla loves assisting you when you're in older headspaces, and Atticus loves to spoil you when you're in younger headspaces.

🕊 If you're artsy, they love putting your crafts up on the walls, or on coffee tables if you toy with clay. If anyone tries to say anything, Pricilla will shoot them a look.

🕊 They have different ways of assisting you with your negative emotions. They make sure you express yourself...healthily. Write an angry note, cry into their shoulders...

Unicorns —

Odette & Ulysses —

🦄 Ulysses was born of the light, and Odette was born of the dark. Despite being polar opposites, their love is pure.

🦄 Unicorns heal anything they can; when they sensed you in the forest, regressed and unhappy, they were quick to befriend you and assist you.

Only after a few visits did they approach the idea of having you live with them. Society is cruel...

🦄 Odette and Ulysses are very nature-oriented. The house they live in is surrounded by nature, and every doorway and window are left open to allow the fresh air.

🦄 They are magical beings, so they can make their estate disappear and reappear elsewhere. They love living in the sky.

🦄 They are soft and quiet individuals who keep to themselves, and dedicate themselves to you and your care. You are safe with them at all times.

🦄 Odette loves to sing to you, and Ulysses will sit you on his lap to watch the sun set.

🦄 They enjoy the quiet, but find it sweet if you're loud and rambunctious. They support your bubbly nature. If you're shy like them, they'll simply melt.

🦄 They are wonderful with hair care. No matter your hair type, they love to assist you with your hair. Braiding it, brushing it, styling it...no matter what, they will do your hair. If they don't know how to care for yours, they'd love to have you teach them.

🦄 Odette and Ulysses dance to Swan Lake...all the time. They let you join in. If you're into ballet, they'll support you wholeheartedly. Ulysses works with fabrics, so he'll make you leotards and dresses.

🦄 Your bedroom never looks the same. It's fascinating how their magic works, but the walls, floors and overall vibe never stay the same unless you want them to.

🦄 They are lovers of nature, so you have many animal friends. Especially the birds. You have many swans, ducks, geese and cranes that love to spend time with you.

🦄 More often than not, you hold their hands. Their skin is so soft...and you swear it shines.

🦄 Odette loves making you flower crowns to match her and Ulysses.

🦄 They can make anything out of thin air. Anything you ask for, they'll make it.

🦄 They are incredibly doting to you when you're feeling under the weather. They'll sit with you and stroke your hair until you feel better. Odette will use physical touch to comfort you, and Ulysses will use praises.

🦄 They dislike confrontation and anger. If you're angry for whatever reason, they'll put you in a safe room to express it before you talk to them about it.

🦄 Punishments don't exist. Just one look from them, and you stop whatever it is you're doing. The looks they give you make you feel guilty.

🦄 They are sensitive to emotions in general, and can influence you to feel a specific way. They rarely do this unless you're depressed, enraged, or otherwise.

🦄 They shift into their equine forms sometimes, and when they do, you ride on their backs. They don't gallop or trot...they go slow.

Vampires —

Diana & Umbra —

🦇 Diana and Umbra are a vampiric couple who have lived within the Austrian countryside since the late 1700s. They longed for children, but Umbra disliked their messiness, and Diana was infertile. Adoption was, also, not an option.

So imagine their shock and awe, when they meet you. You fit them like a puzzle piece.

🦇 Diana is a strong, confident woman who takes no shit from anybody, and Umbra is a dramatic man who loves the arts. They work beautifully together, and make you feel like literal royalty.

🦇 Their entire mansion is surrounded in red mist, and the inside isn't any less eerie; the walls are black and red, the windows are tinted and every room is softly lit by candles, but despite looking like it's from a horror flick, it's home to you, and you feel safe.

🦇 Unfortunately, you do have to adjust your sleeping schedule. You sleep during the day. If you're a night owl and are used to staying up all night...well, you're good to go.

🦇 Your bedroom can be described with one word. 'Elegant'. The curtains on your windows are heavy and made with expensive material, your bed is massive, and you have several duvets and sheets keeping you warm at night. Not to mention the fireplace that's within it. What's even better is your room is connected to theirs; there are two doors that lead to their room, in case you need their comfort in the middle of the night.

🦇 They have many rooms. One of which is a massive theater room with a stage, a floor large enough to host balls, pianos, harps, and Umbra's favourite chaise.

🦇 Umbra loves wearing silk robes and reciting plays as he lays in his chaise. He'll happily buy you your own robe so you can match.

🦇 Diana loves to bake. She makes you her official taste-tester.

🦇 Umbra is a very, very proud papa. Every drawing of yours is put up in the theater room. He loves making you into his "mini me".

🦇 Umbra smokes, but Diana makes sure he doesn't smoke near you.

🦇 If you're ever injured, Umbra becomes incredibly dramatic. He even faints at one point, to which Diana rolled her eyes and picked you up to put you down for a nap.

What caused him to faint?

A small paper cut. Tragic.

🦇 Umbra will spoil you to death, while Diana is the total opposite. She'll buy you things, sure, but she believes that if you don't need it, you can wait.

🦇 They drink blood, but they do so away from you.

🦇 If you're ever upset, Umbra cries with you. He can't help it. He's empathetic.

🦇 During punishment, they can sometimes be cruel. By cruel, I mean an angry tone and expression. After your punishment, they apologize and do their best to make you happy.

Sirens —

Eerie & Carnage —

🔱 Eerie and Carnage are known throughout every sea as widowmakers; they target sailors and lure them to their deaths. Very rarely do you see male sirens, couples especially so, so sailors don't usually expect them.

You, however, were different. Maybe it was because Eerie and Carnage were full, or they weren't in the murderous mood. But they found themselves enamoured with you.

🔱 You first notice Eerie's white hair, then Carnage as he rises out of the water and looks at you with eyes as pitch as night. They don't try to eat you, no...they find your predicament interesting. You happily called them "mermaids", and questioned if they knew Ariel. They looked at each other with confusion before looking back at you. Who is Ariel? There is no Ariel...

🔱 Unlike mermaids, sirens have no interest in understanding how humans work. But for some odd reason...you were different. They sensed something in you.

It was the childlike wonder in your eye. Singing to you would work, sure, but Carnage had the idea of splashing you with water, initiating play.

🔱 For obvious reasons, you can't exactly play, or live with them. You would drown. However, after a few months of visiting them at the beach, you come to learn that Carnage has mastered magic, and wanted to turn your legs into fins.

You couldn't pass up the opportunity. If it were anyone else, they would have used their magic to trick people. But they grew to love you. It was truly odd.

Your tail looks exactly how you'd like it to. The process was quick and painless.

🔱 You weren't used to your tail, so you, quite literally, had to be taught how to swim, much like a newborn. Your mind matched your physical form.

🔱 Despite being murderous monsters, they are surprisingly gentle with you. They help you swim, they help you interact with the animals underneath the sea...it's quite wholesome.

The sailors who become victim to them would beg to differ, however.

🔱 Eerie's hair is a shocking white, and when in the right conditions, it can shine. He laughs when you ask if it's made of pearls.

🔱 Their nails are long and sharp, yet they're so gentle. Eerie loves to stroke your hair, and Carnage trails his nails along your skin gently to get you to sleep.

🔱 More often than not do they wrap their tails with yours to keep you three together as you sleep.

🔱 Toys don't...exist down there, so they steal what they can from sailors. Very rarely do they come across soothers or stuffed animals, so anything they find, they make sure they are taken care of.

They tried making you a soother using a sea sponge. It was...gross. Also, you cried about "eating Spongebob". Whatever that means.

🔱 Carnage can summon pretty much anything out of bubbles. You have many bubble friends.

🔱 Sirens are the rulebreakers of the ocean. They have little to no rules for you to follow. Just stay close to them, don't touch Carnage's potions, don't go near any sharks, and you're golden.

🔱 Punishments don't really...exist. You feel frightened just by their size alone. Carnage is a whopping 16 feet tall including his tail, and Eerie is 14 feet tall. They don't have to raise their voices, or anything. They just growl and snap, and that's enough to get you to stop.

They apologize countless times afterwards, though.

Sirens are not loving parents. They are cruel in order for their offspring to grow up strong and brave. Eerie and Carnage aren't like this with you, however. Your regressed state is precious.

🔱 They love to teach you Siren tongue, so you can communicate with them.

🔱 They sometimes resort to using clicks, purrs and hums to communicate with you. They are more physical with their affection than verbal.

I saw your headcanons and I gotta agree with the axolotl at one point being bills caregiver, I think the axolotl would be an awesome caregiver and could easily put up with bill being a brat, since the axolotl already puts up with bill in general in theraprism.

Well, I don’t have a short story yet (I’m working on one but don’t tell anyone shhh) but I can make headcanons! Book of Bill spoilers, obviously. He/it pronouns for the Axolotl and he/him pronouns for Bill. The headcanons are short, sadly :(.

Caregiver!Axolotl and Regressor!Bill headcanons

-First off, you’re right about the Axolotl being patient. It’s learned that what Bill needs is someone who will validate his anger after all is said and done (i.e. “You have a right to be upset.”) Bill, ironically, throws a lot of tantrums.

-Bill can be bratty at times, but the Axolotl quickly shuts it down.

-I headcanon that the Axolotl has a constant comforting aura around him that he can lessen or make stronger if he wants. It’s like being wrapped in a cozy, freshly washed blanket. It makes regressing really easy around him.

-Bill’s nicknames for it are “Axy” and “Lotl” (he likes the way it sounds.) The Axolotl’s nicknames for him are “Billy” and “little one”.

-The Axolotl keeps a physical wooden chest filled with each drawing Bill has given him. Coloring is a regular activity for the two; it keeps Bill pretty calm.

-As mentioned before, these moments are where Bill’s regression is mostly positive. He’s a lot more giggly and puts down his walls when he’s with the Axolotl.

-They both found out at the same time that Bill passes out when trying to talk about Euclydia. It gave the Axolotl quite the scare.

-Bill regresses to something like a “toddler-space” often.

-Bill will still summon strange, amalgamated, creatures, but they would be friendly! (Apart from the occasional play-fighting.)

-I’m not going into the logistics of it, but Bill was once able to travel between other dimensions and the Axolotl’s dimension very easily. He would go there if he decided to voluntarily regress.

-When nap time comes around, the Axolotl will curl its body and tail around Bill to enclose him in its Good Vibes(TM)

-Unfortunately, sleeping in the Axolotl’s domain doesn’t take away the nightmares.

-Bill’s mother’s lullaby has never been sung to him since, but Axy had plenty of personal lullabies as well that Bill loved hearing after bad dreams.

-Axy made up a lot of games, stuff that could safely use Bill’s powers. But nothing fire-related.

-Peek-a-boo is a risky game (literally. Bill doesn’t like being blinded or the idea of blindness.)

-After their falling out, Bill crashed hard. It was his worst regression experience to date. All the Axolotl could do was watch with immense sorrow as Bill wrecked things.

currently thinking about domestic cg wolverine, raking the leaves in the yard. then you zoom out of the house, scarf wrapped around your neck, hat secure on your head, and a light jacket around your shoulders. he continues raking, assuming you’re just going to watch him or play on your own- nope, wrong. you jump right into the pile of leaves he’s made so far, little giggles coming from under the heap of leaves. he sighs, lips tugging upwards in a slight grin while listening to you laugh.

“take it easy bubs, don’t want you getting hurt alright?”

you make a snow angel in the leaves, calling it a “leaf angel”. that makes him chuckle and shake his head. in the pile, you find a pretty red leaf and bring it to logan as a gift. he takes it from your hands gently, nodding with pride.

“pretty find, nice job toots.”

it makes you grin as he pockets the leaf for safekeeping.

Caregiver Deadpool Headcanons (Deadpool)

Heads up: the movie contains gory violence, nudity, sexual content, and mature humor. Suggested by Anon

He is constantly making jokes and wisecracks. However stressful a situation is, however upset you are, he will not stop trying to make you giggle.

He makes sure you always have fresh, sharpened crayons. (And then he borrows them to do his own drawings.)

He allows - nay, ENCOURAGES - swearing. He cracks up every time this adorable little child drops an f-bomb or calls him a REDACTED

He also loves your general misbehavior. Let there be anarchy!

He usually wears his mask around you; he tries to play it off, but he worries his face might give you nightmares.

He frequently takes you to the local arcade, where he kicks your butt at skeeball and then lets you have his tickets.

One of his favorite games to play, especially when you’re feeling crummy, is “Whose Life Sucks More”. It’s a stupid, silly way to remind you that things could always be worse.

He makes you your own matching suit to wear when you’re hanging out together.

He loves older cartoons and shows you all his favorites from when he was a kid.

He is always turning to the “camera” and making comments. Maybe there’s a real audience and maybe there isn’t, but either way it makes you laugh; and that is always his goal.

🌻 note: wolverine was actually my first ever fictional caregiver and i adore him so much, he's so dad coded.

having him as a caregiver consists of:

long night drives and road trips and eating at diners regularly

him saying no to the gumball machine but immediately folding when you get sad about it

bringing you to the gym with him but you're not allowed to touch any equipment

early morning walks around the mansions yard before going back to bed for another hour

begging for a puppy and while he says no, he comes home with a doggy plush to make up for it

he has one of those portable dvd players in his car, along with a case filled with your favourite movies and some of the movies he watched as a kid. he won't admit it but he loves hearing your giggles and the sound of the film in the background as he drives

wolverine head canons because i love him:

his go to nickname for you is 100% kid. even before he became your caregiver, he's whipping that name out on the regular

playing with and interacting with wild animals whenever it's possible. talking to a deer through the gates of the estate, petting a stray dog in a parking lot, making noises at cows as you drive past them

he does that thing where he stands in front of your seat and pats his leg and you have to raise your leg to rest it on his thigh so he can tie your shoes instead of kneeling down

learning everything you can about wolverines and logan has to tell you whether he shares certain traits with them, like an interview hehe

he diys your first ever paci because he refuses to ask for help and the beads randomly fall off until he eventually gives in and talks to the others about getting one

eggs are a go to food option when he's cooking - he makes a mean omelette

pointing at the hyenas at the zoo and going "papa!" and he just softly responds "not quite, kid."
