Standing here today in all my glory! Life just seems happier now. I look back on the start of my journey & how I wanted so badly to be where I am now. In all honesty the time has gone by so quickly! I’ve embraced every day & took it for what it was. I stopped rushing the progress & began to just enjoy the small changes that were occurring. I love who I am today. To walk around shirtless is beyond a sense of freedom I can’t even began to explain. It’s become my fav thing to be when I’m lounging around just being comfortable, just being ME!

I’ve taken my 8th testosterone shOt & I have to say it’s getting more easier each time to poke myself. So far everything is going well & my doctor will be keeping me at the dosage I’m currently at since it’s doing what it needs to do without any negative effects. It’s a sense of completion & fulfillment in every shot. Like every transguy I know, I’m looking forward to the facial hair & beard growth to hurry along too! 😌☺️

Dec. 8th 2o19 (8:00p) 2 MONTHS POST OP‼️🤗

Healing mentally & physically. My mind seems to have finally wrapped itself around surgery as well as accepting this is my chest forever now. I’ve been reflecting back on this year & the year before. I’ve come a long way but still have so much work to do. Between balancing work, the gym, family, dating, & planning to move in 2o2o...I have my hands full.

Nov. 22nd 2o19 (12:25p) 3RD SHOT 💉

So today I finally got to experience poking a needle into my own flesh. Let me just say...it was AWESOME❗️❗️ I was worried & scared but I talked myself through it & set everything up the way the nurse showed me. I took a deep breath, injected the needle & breathed out. I remained calm the entire time & slowly pushed the syringe down inserting the T to the last drop then slowly sliding the needle out & covering the area with a cotton ball following a band aid. Easy as pie & I’m looking forward to it again next Friday❕❕ 👏🏽💪🏽 I was so ecstatic about it I had to call my BFF... I couldn’t believe I was able to do it myself after being so afraid of needles for the longest time. I think I’ve overcome them this past year by just breathing & not letting my own self get in my mind. I’m so proud of myself & I thank everyone who has been a rock in my life through this whole transition. ❤️❤️

As this day approached I kept thinking of myself & all the others that fight so hard to just be happy with themselves. The world is not cruel, people are. We may not be able to change each & every person but we can start with one at a time. My heart & condolences go out to all the family & friends of the victims that have fallen into these horrible sick hate crimes. I raise a fist & light a candle in all of their honor. Tonight I will have a moment of silence for everyone that we’ve lost along the way. I will continue to fight & live in your honor everyday. I see you❕❤️❤️

Nov. 8th 2o19 (2:26p) FIRST T SHOT! 💉

This is the moment I have been waiting for! The one step I feel that will complete me & make me feel that much closer to masculinity. I’m supper stoked to begin this life long journey. Every Friday I will be injecting myself with 0.25ml of 200mgs of testosterone. My doctor is starting me on a low dosage to monitor my levels & make sure everything is all good. I have to basically do bloodwork every 10 weeks aswell as donate blood.

Nov. 6th 2o19 (11:23p) BARE SKIN!

So here we are, bird chested & all! Excuse the mirror slime lol

Sooo I’m healing nicely around the scar area, in person it looks a whole lot better than a picture is able to capture but still looks decent. The nipples look horrid 😬 the right one ➡️ looks like it failed to attach to my blood vessels so I guess we will play the waiting game while it heals. The other side looks to be doing its job so I’m holding onto a little piece of faith it’ll look good lol all & all I’m pretty stoked to continue to heal up & be able to finally start working out again.

Nov. 2nd 2o19 (10:01p) THE SCAR TREATMENT

Well howdy! We have reached the reveal of the scars & will now be treating them with some tape I got from the Doc’s office. The nipples are still on their journey to recovery, I’ve reached out to my nurse & told her about any concerns I have been having about them. She reassures me everything is going well. Below is a pic of what I currently use on my nipples.

Oct. 24th 2o19 (3:18p) THE NIPPS! 🥴

Sooo this is how my nipples are looking. Completely normal is what the nurse told me. Said they would look worse before they looked good just to continue to change the dressings twice a day & shower daily letting the water run over my nipples. For the most part I was not feeling too much of anymore pain on the sides & my swollen arm started to go down & I was able to move it/straighten it out without any discomfort. The temporary tape is also starting to fall off around the edges & underneath the nipple area.

Oct. 16th 2o19 (11:14p) Back @ home from Plano, TX.

Took my first shower & let me just say! Don’t ever take for granted the little things like a simple shower. It felt soooo good to finally feel completely clean! I couldn’t take anymore wash off sessions I needed to be engulfed in water lol I let the water run over my nipple area to clean it really good & begin my nipple dressings w/ ointment to keep moist. The tape below was put on by the nurse in which she told me it would fall off two weeks later & that I could begin scar treatment!
