#the other day i accidentally reblogged something onto this blog instead of my main#(it was something harmless about executive function but i've since deleted it)#but when i noticed it made me go down the rabbit hole of this inactive blog and all the fics i first read 5-10 years ago#and ultimately this little side blog exists because of this scene in pp1; which made me feel things before i even knew what fanfiction was#anyways don't mind my nostalgia. ill go back to (re)reading some stuff written in 2014 now#if you wanna join me in that; my recommendation posts are still all somewhere down this blog

We keep wanting to do a Pitch Perfect 4, but like, it’s up to the movie studio. If it’s up to us we’re like ‘yes, do it’. Just e-mail Universal Studios. They’re the ones who are in control of that.

PP3 - Bechloe - the domino effect…
Fat Amy: Yikes. That’s gotta hurt.
Beca: Huh?
Fat Amy: Seeing Chloe going cray-cray for that marine over there.
[Beca rolls her eyes and begins walking away from Amy, but Amy follows.]
Beca: I’m not talking about it…
Fat Amy: Probably a good idea. Wouldn’t want anyone to find out.
Aubrey: Find out what?
[Aubrey appears beside Fat Amy & Beca, furrowing her brow.]
Fat Amy: About Beca’s toner for Chloe.
Beca: Amy!!
Aubrey: What?!
[Beca stops with a sigh, glaring at Fat Amy who holds her hands up innocently]
Aubrey: Beca, what the hell?
Beca: Aubrey, relax. It’s nothing.
Fat Amy: I wouldn’t call writing a song about her nothing…
Beca: You looked in my journal?!
[Fat Amy looks uncomfortable]
Fat Amy: Uuuuhhhhh…
Beca: Dude! Not cool!
Aubrey: You wrote Chloe a song?
Beca: …no…?
[Aubrey looks unconvinced as she folds her arms, raising her eyebrows as Beca looks at her and Fat Amy sullenly.]
Beca: …maybe…
[Beca pauses for a little longer then lets out a sigh of defeat]
Beca: …okay fine I wrote a crumby song. Let’s not make a big deal about it!
Emily: Not make a big deal about what?
[Emily arrives at Aubrey’s side]
Fat Amy: Shawshank wrote Chloe a song.
Beca: [cringes then mutters under breath] oh my god.
Emily: Oh em aca-gee!! Like a love song??
Cynthia-Rose: Love song? What love song?
[Cynthia-Rose and Flo arrive behind Beca and Fat Amy, but before Fat Amy can say anything Emily rambles excitably]
Emily: Beca’s written Chloe a love song!
Beca: [brings a hand to her eyes briefly in embarrassment] Please stop…
Flo: Does Chloe know?
Jessica: Does Chloe know what?
[Jessica and Ashley join them, curious as to why everyone but Beca are smiling]
Fat Amy: If Beca’s in love with her.
Jessica/Ashley: Oh my god!
Beca: [muttering from behind her hands] oh my god…
[Emily looks past the Bella’s and freezes]
Emily: Oh my god…
Chloe: Hey girls, what’ve I missed?
[Chloe arrives behind The Bella’s and they all part nervously to let her into the circle]
Beca: Nothing!! Nothing you’ve…you’ve missed absolutely nothing.
Chloe: Okaaay…?
[The Bella’s nod awkwardly in agreement, glancing at one another]
Beca: Lets…just go for lunch.
Fat Amy: What all of us or just you two?
[Beca glares at Fat Amy and she holds her hands up again defensively. The Bella’s laugh at Beca’s reaction and Chloe’s confusion]
Cynthia-Rose: [Nudges Beca to start walking off] Come on…
[The Bella’s walk off with Beca, Aubrey shaking her head at Chloe to assure her not to worry about what she had missed]

my bechloe fic rec masterpost
Recommending Bechloe fanfictions is apparently what I’ve decided that I do on this blog, so this is the masterpost with my all-time favourites. All of them have excellent plots, are really well written and – the most important thing – their character depictions are on point. In my opinion. Hope you agree, hope you enjoy.
Experimentation by @redlance About Chloe’s whispered offer back in the tent at the retreat and what we all wish had happened afterwards, basically. This fic also happens to kind of be the Bible of Bechloe Fanfics™. Words: ~21k. Chapters: 27/?. Read on AO3 or ff.net. –(Bonus: anything by Redlance is great, really. I once spent an entire sunday going through her fics. No regrets.)–
stare into the sky until we’re blind by @thecousinsdangereux A roadtrip, pretend dating, all the chemistry and everything you didn’t know you you needed until now. Words: 23k. Chapters: 5/5. Read on AO3.
And Everyone Wins by @pipgoeswild AU: Beca as a single parent, her and Chloe being domestic as shit and slowly falling in love. Prepare for a real slow burn and all of the fluff. Words: 80k+. Chapters: 23/?. Read on AO3.
this love ain’t enough to leave you by @lismicro AU: Aspiring DJ Beca Mitchell and journalist Chloe Beale meet on a two day long bus drive to Los Angeles. Words: 9k. Chapters: 1/1. Read on AO3.
You Still Make Sense to Me (Your Mess is Mine) by @emilyjunklegacy “The one where it takes a fake-engagement and being domestic as hell for these two idiots to realize they’re in love.” Words: 31k. Chapters: 1/1. Read on AO3.
Be Still My Heart (Cause It’s Freaking Out) by @a-writer-of-things “Beca has a one-night stand with Chloe and is more than surprised when she learns that the redhead will be starting an internship at Barden Hospital where she is an attending.” Aka the Hospital AU you didn’t know you needed. Words: 58k. Chapters: 27/27. Read on AO3 or ff.net.
You Will See Me Come Undone by @teacupsandbechloe Beca and Chloe kind of have a game going on who can flirt harder… Little one-shot with unestablished Bechloe. Great build-up. Much sexual tension and humour. Words: 12k. Chapters: 1/1. Read on AO3.
#Reblogging this again for all the new people#this is my most important post all the other ones are irrelevant#except not rly but u get it

Bechloe Week - Day 4
Why?
“Bec, have you seen Em?”
Beca glances up from her position stretched across the couch, laptop open and resting on her thighs.
“Did you lose our child?” Beca quirks a brow and Chloe rolls her eyes.
“Hey, you lost her last time.” Chloe points a finger at Beca, who dismisses the comment with a wave of her hand.
“That’s beside the point.” Closing her laptop lid, Beca sets the computer aside and jumps to her feet. “Emily?” she calls out, walking out into the hallway that leads from the front door to the dining room at the back of the house. “Did you fall down a hole?”
Chloe slaps Beca’s arm. “That’s not funny.”
They walk through the main floor of the house, sprawling open spaces that have seen the higher end of Beca’s bank account. Where there was once immaculate furniture in modern grey and white tones, well, that’s all still there, it’s just covered with toys now.
Beca almost trips over a stuffed giraffe that’s lying right in front of the pantry and she quirks an eyebrow at the door before twisting the handle. Gently, she opens it and peers into the darkness. Light filters in from the hallway and brings various times and packaged food out from the shadows. And there on the floor in the middle of it all, wrestling with an unopened package of Oreos, is a little girl with fiery red curls.
“Emily.” Beca’s tone is quiet and even, but Emily’s head snaps up so fast that anyone watching would assume she’d yelled.
“Fell!” Emily offers the cookies to Beca, who tilts her head and stares down at her daughter.
“They fell? Off the shelf?” Beca has to bite the inside of her cheek to stop herself from laughing when Emily bobs her head and points up at a random shelf.
“I put back.” Emily clambers to her feet in that awkward, bumbling way that only a four-year-old can and places the package ever so gentle on the first shelf she can reach. Then she turns to Beca and grins. “Mama!” She runs at Beca’s knees and tries to wrap her tiny arms around her legs.
“You know you’re not supposed to close doors behind you, right?” Beca asks, looking down at where Emily has her face pressed against her, and she feels Emily nod into her legs.
But then Emily pauses and looks up, big blue eyes curious.
“Why?”
“Because you might get trapped somewhere your Mom and I can’t get you,” Beca explains, smoothing out messy curls with her hand.
“Why?” Emily blinks at her.
“Well… because we can’t walk through walls, Em.”
Another slow blink. The beginnings of a smile.
“Why?”
“Oh, no.”
~*~
“Emily, eat your breakfast.”
“Why?”
“Because that’s what good girls do when their Mama asks them to.”
“Why?”
“Baby, please. We’re going to be late for your playdate.”
“Whhhhhyyyy?”
“Beca!”
~*~
“Okay, squirt. Storyread, all tucked in, night light on. I say we call it.”
“Mm, why?”
“Because it’s your bedtime, baby girl.”
“Why?”
“Well, because we had the whole day and now it’s night time, and that’s when we all go to sleep.”
“Why?”
“Emily….”
“….. Why, why, why, why, why-”
“Chloe!”
~*~
Beca faceplants down onto the mattress beside Chloe, who laughs at both the jostling and the utter defeat in the action.
“How many tonight?” Chloe asks, reaching over to brush Beca’s hair back from her face as she turns it towards Chloe.
“Eleven. Twelve came and I just…” Beca lets out a sigh and closes her eyes. “I just had no more words. I’m so tired. Who knew answering questions could be so exhausting?”
“You would,” Chloe grins, “if you’d bothered to attend half your classes at Barden.”
Beca tries to lift a hand to dismiss the comment, but only manages to wiggle her fingers. Chloe laughs again.
“I only needed the music.” With a great effort and a loud groan, Beca manages to roll herself onto her back. “Why is this happening to us? What did we do to deserve this?”
“This being a bright, inquisitive child?”
“You know as well as I do that the why’s have nothing to do with how brilliant she is,” Beca grumbles, getting under the covers.
“She is brilliant.” Chloe smiles as she says it and Beca feels her lips curve to try and match it. Which they can’t of course; Chloe’s smile is perfect and unable to be imitated.
“So brilliant,” Beca says it like the words cause her physical pain. But it’s a good kind of pain, like her heart is so full of might burst. “Kay, I love you, Chlo, but I’m three seconds away from passing out.”
“Oh? Why?”
“Get out of this bed.”
***disclaimer: Okay, Emily was the name I picked for their kind long before PP2. I can’t change it. My brain won’t let me. I tried.

Really cute oneshot. Happy belated pride everyone 🌈
I got this image of Beca going to Pride as a part of her coming out to herself, and doing so in a place where she’s sure nobody she knows will find out. Except, of course, someone she knows turns out to be there too.

soulmates / bechloe
prompt: i came to the hospital to see my sick grandma but i think someone gave me the wrong room number because the room i’m in has a pretty girl with a head injury in it whose claiming i’m her soulmate
Beca stepped into the elevator after roaming around the hospital for about 20 minutes. She probably would never get her way around in this hospital but she luckily wasn’t planning on spending lots of her time in one either.
Her grandma had been sick for years now and had to go to the hospital fairly often. You’d think the brunette could find her way around the endless hallways but she was just as unfamiliar with the hospital as the first time she walked in.
Every once in a while Beca visited her grandma, brought her some gifts and spend some time with her. It was more a moral thing to do than something she loved doing. If she didn’t visit her every now and then she’d feel bad about it, so she tried going whenever she had time.
The elevator doors pinged open and the brunette looked around the hall to find which direction her grandma’s department was located. She took a lucky guess on going to the right and faintly recognized some things along the way. The receptionist told her 18 was the room number. So naturally, when she finally found a room that had the number 18 pictured on them, she walked in.
The first bed in the room was empty and the second bed was hidden behind a white curtain. “Grandma?” Beca asked, walking up to the bed. There was no response until she peeked around the curtain and saw someone who was not at all her grandma.
“Oh, hi. Sorry, wrong room,” Beca said to the redhaired girl who was perked up in the bed, staring at her with bright blue eyes. “Wait! It’s you!” She heard her yell as she was walking towards the door. Beca took a few steps back so she was able to see the redhead again, frowning in confusion. “Me?”
“Yes, you. Silly” the redhead said, giggling. Beca was kind of weirded out by the strange girl and tried to remember if she had seen her face before. “What am I?” she asked. “I was waiting for you to visit. It’s been a pretty lonely day today, I’m glad you came.” Beca was completely lost and had no idea how to handle this situation.
“I- I’m sorry, I don’t-” “It’s okay, I know you’re busy. Come sit down.” The girl pointed towards the chair that was located next to the bed. If it had been an elderly asking her to do so she would’ve excused herself and gone on with her day, but something inside her felt bad for the girl. So she indeed sat down next to her.
While the girl rambled on, Beca noticed a file on the nightstand beside her and narrowed her eyes to see if it had any information about the redhead. Chloe Beale read the top of the paper. Her medical vocabulary was far from average, but she managed to make out that the girl suffered a head injury and was experiencing memory loss and confusion.
Beca looked over at the girl and smiled at how she was trying to turn the TV off, holding the remote the wrong way. “Let me help you.” Beca turned the remote around in her hands and pressed the off button. “I’m so glad you’re here,” Chloe said, not letting go of Beca’s hands.
“How have you been?” Beca asked, deciding to act along so she could make Chloe Beale’s day a little brighter. Chloe squeezed her hand one last time before letting go. “I don’t really remember how I got here, but everyone’s been pretty nice I guess. The nurses and doctors are too busy for conversations though, so I have to rely on visitors.” She shot a bright smile towards the brunette that Beca couldn’t help but smile back at.
“I can’t stay long,” the brunette said apologetically, feeling bad about it when clear disappointment showed on Chloe’s face. “But next time I’ll bring you flowers,” Beca tried and the wide smile instantly returned to her face. “You remembered how much I love them. This is why we’re soulmates.”
Chloe Beale was pretty, gorgeous even. It could’ve been literally anyone else and Beca would’ve been a 100 percent freaked out by someone claiming they were soulmates, but the redhead looked so innocent and truly happy that the brunette came to visit, she couldn’t not act along.
When Beca ran out of things to talk about she got up from the chair to leave. “I really need to go sadly, I have somewhere to go to.” Chloe held her hand out for Beca to grab and she instantly intertwined their fingers together. “It’s okay. I’m glad you were here. I missed you.” “I missed you too.” The redhead brought Beca’s hand to her lips and pressed a kiss on top of it.
“Til next time Chloe.” “See you soon.” Beca had a goofy smile on her face when she walked out and closed the door behind her. An idea popped into her head and a few minutes later she arrived at the front desk of the department Chloe was in with a bouquet of flowers in her hands.
“Hi. These are for Chloe Beale, room number 18. Could you give them to her?” The nurse behind the counter raised an eyebrow at her skeptically but took the flowers and nodded. “Sure.” “Thanks. Tell her they’re from her soulmate.” With that, Beca took off to finally visit her grandma.

sweater weather / bechloe
“I’m sorry but I refuse to leave this dorm unless you put on a sweater.” Chloe says stubbornly as the brunette appears in just a long-sleeved t-shirt. “I’m fine, really.” Beca protests, looking down at her choice of clothing. “I don’t know if you happened to notice the snowing last week, but it’s literally winter. Put on a sweater.” The redhead folds her arms over each other and Beca holds up her hands in defense as a response. “Okay, mom, I’ll put on a sweater.” She mumbles before grabbing one out of an open drawer. “Happy?”
The concerning look disappears from Chloe’s face and is quickly replaced with the bubbly smile that is usually plastered on her lips. “Yep. Let’s go.” Beca shakes her head at her overprotective friend and grabs her bag before following the redhead. “Why is this whole thing outside if it’s so damn cold anyway?” The two friends walk next to each other, arms and hands casually brushing with every step they take. “Because it’s romantic.” “They could’ve been romantic in summer.”
They step out of the building and the brunette is genuinely taken aback by how cold the air is. It instantly makes her eyes water. “Jesus-” she mumbles into the collar of her sweater. “Hmm?” Chloe says, grinning at seeing the shorter girl realize how cold it is. “Nothing.” Beca says quickly, digging her hands deeply into the pockets of the sweater.
They arrive at the large grass field, where their plans for tonight take place. The large field is usually only filled during summer. Students study and relax in the grass. Tonight it’s filled with trucks and cars, and at the back of the field a large white screen is placed on which a movie will be projected later on. Students are on top of cars, sitting in the back of trucks that are parked backwards, or on the ground near the screen. They’re draped in blankets and warm clothes.
“Aubrey said they had nice spots at the front..” Chloe mumbles, looking around the numerous cars, trying to find their friends. “Oh, there they are!” Chloe squeaks as soon as she notices Stacie stepping out of the truck to stretch out her arms and legs. The redhead laces their fingers together before pulling her and Beca through the crowd. The brunette smiles down at their intertwined hands.
Moments later they are greeted by the group of Bella’s, whom are all spread around three cars. Bumper’s car roof is rolled down and Fat Amy and himself are situated in the backseats. The back of Aubrey’s truck is filled with the blonde herself and Emily- who decided to get some snacks at the little booth by the entrance of the field. The third car belongs to Cynthia-Rose and sitting in it are her, Stacie, Lilly and Flo.
“We saved you guys some seats, get over here!” Aubrey chirps when the two girls contemplate where to sit. They make their way to the truck, hands still clasped together. “How long have you guys been here?” Chloe asks, her hand now breaking loose from Beca’s so she is able to climb into the truck. “We drove the cars here like 4 hours ago to get the good spots but we haven’t been here the entire time. Most of us weren’t. I don’t know about them, but-” she nods her head towards Amy and Bumper, who are sharing a can of coke together. “I think they’ve been here the entire time.” Beca chuckles while getting into the back of truck. “I texted Emily to get you guys some warm drinks.”
“Thank god, I’m freezing.” Chloe says, rubbing her hands together. Beca just silently buries her face further into her sweater. “What about you Becs? Still think you didn’t need that sweater?” “Shut up Beale.” The grumpy Bella says. The ginger laughs softly before wrapping one of her arms around Beca’s shoulders and pulling her closer against her. Beca groans but has to hold back every muscle in her face to not beam at the bit of contact. Instead of removing her arm from around the brunette, she leaves it leaning on Beca’s shoulders. The redhead knows Beca would usually shimmy out of people’s embraces and hugs but it was never like that with the two of them.
After a while Emily arrives with four hot chocolates and a plastic bag filled with some snacks. “Yay! Thank you.” The redhead gradually takes the hot chocolate, as does the brunette even though she is more invested in warming up her cold hands than thanking Emily. “I’m so excited for the movie guys!” Emily exclaims when they are all seated and ready for the movie to start. Beca just groans in return, as she is not a huge fan of movies to begin with but along with being squished in the back of van in the middle of winter is a whole new level of horrid. “C'mon, lighten up.” Chloe says softly into Beca’s direction. She notices the brunette shivering as she takes a sip from the hot chocolate. “It’s gonna be fun, I promise.” The redhead states confidently. “Sure.”
When the movie starts, Beca has downed her warm beverage and it very slowly warms up her body enough for her to feel her feet again. Chloe’s arm is still around her shoulder and Beca grabs her hand in hopes for her own hands to warm up. “Jesus Beca, your hands are ice cold. Take my scarf.” Chloe yells when she feel the temperature of her hands. “No, it’s fine-” Before she can protest some more, Chloe’s bright red scarf is tightly wrapped around the younger Bella’s neck. “I’m wearing like 5 layers of clothes, don’t worry about it.” With every breath, the brunette inhales the scent of Chloe’s sweet strawberry perfume and it makes Beca smile with content. “Thanks Chlo.”
Something about Chloe calms Beca down. She makes her usual anti-social and grumpy guard come down. Not in a million years would she have agreed to do this with anyone else- but it was Chloe who begged her to go with her. And how could she say no to that? As the movie continues Beca slowly leans more into Chloe, suggesting her to wrap her arm around her again. Chloe seems to be too invested in the movie to notice the cold girl beside her, begging for her attention- or at least her warmth.
The brunette rolls her eyes and decides to grab Chloe’s arm and makes her wrap it around her, then cuddles into her side. She hears a soft giggle coming from the ginger’s lips. “Everything okay there, Beca don’t-touch-me Mitchell?” Despite Beca’s badass reputation being absolutely torn apart by her action, she decides to give Chloe what she wants. “You were right. It’s cold as hell. I should’ve put on more clothes. Please just- keep me warm.” And with that Chloe pulls Beca in a little tighter, and Beca rests her head on the redhead’s shoulder. “Told you so.” She whispers, receiving a pinch in her side as a response.
She does realize how unusual it is for Beca to do this. The brunette initiated the two of them embracing in public. She must be pretty cold. After an hour of watching a small break is announced so people can pee and get some more drinks. Beca quickly sits up and pulls her knees up to her chest, then wrapping her arms around her legs. “I’m gonna get some drinks, you guys want some?” “Yes please.” Beca pleads, causing Chloe to chuckle. “I’ll come with you, I gotta pee.” Emily says, following Aubrey. “I should’ve asked one of them to take a picture of us. As proof that you are secretly a softie.”
“Haha.” Beca says sarcastically, embarrassed to admit to her ego-crushing actions. “Don’t we have blankets or anything?” The brunette asks, looking around. “Maybe Cynthia has some.” Chloe suggests. “I’ll go check.” Beca says, crawling out of the truck.
“Hey Becs, enjoying the movie?” Cynthia asks when Beca nears her car. “I’m dying. Do you have some blankets in here?” “I think I have one in the trunk.” The brunette quickly makes her way to the back of the car and cheers quietly to herself when she sees a blanket folded neatly in the back. “Yes! Thank you so much CR.” Beca yells, hurrying back to Aubrey’s car to show the redhead her find. “I’m no longer going to die!” She cheers while climbing back in and holding the blanket up in the air. Chloe chuckles at how happy the brunette is with the piece of fabric.
“Come sit here.” The ginger suggests, spreading her legs and patting the spot in front of her. If Beca wasn’t completely numb she would’ve rejected and be seated in the corner of the truck, draped in the blanket. But to survive this outstanding temperature of 6°C/42.8°F she accepted the offer. Also, it was Chloe. And how could she say no?
She leaned back agains the redhead, who wrapped both arms around the petite girl’s waist and rested her chin on the brunette’s shoulder. “I hope we survive.” Beca mumbles dead-serious, causing the redhead to laugh. “I know you’re cold but I’m sure we’ll get through it.” Aubrey and Emily return shortly before the movie stars again, bringing some more hot chocolate and tea and they share a grin when they find the two girls cuddled up together. “I have not turned soft.” Beca says, pointing her finger when she notices the sly smile on Emily’s face. “Yeah, of course.” Aubrey says. Chloe just grins while she inhales Beca’s perfume.
Beca does warm up a bit now. The scarf, blanket, warm drinks and of course being held in the arms of Chloe slowly start to warm up her body to normal temperature. “Feeling any better?” Chloe whispers after a while. Beca hums in response, as the ginger’s warm breath hits the back of her ear. The brunette draws small circles on top of Chloe’s knees. She’s pretty sure she has not seen 1 full scene of the movie, but she is a hundred percent fine with it.
“Thanks for tagging along.” Chloe whispers a little later. “I know you don’t like movies.” Beca shrugs softly. “You like them, so I don’t mind. As long as you enjoyed it.” She didn’t intend to make such a sappy comment but it makes the redhead’s heart melt in her chest and she nuzzles her face in Beca’s neck, pressing a soft kiss in her neck before leaning back. Beca can’t help the shiver that runs through her body when Chloe presses her lips to her neck.
After 15 minutes the movie has sadly come to an end, which means they have to go back to their dorms. Beca is very comfortable right there in Chloe’s arms, as is the redhead herself with the younger girl in front of her. “I don’t want to get up.” Beca mumbles when she notices Aubrey and Emily get out of the van. “Me neither.” Chloe responds. Before Beca realizes what’s happening, Aubrey gets her phone out of her pocket and snaps a picture of the two girls sitting together. Beca shoots up when she notices the phone. “No!” She jumps up and runs up to Aubrey, who’s running away. “I already sent it in the group, there’s no turning back!” The blonde laughs when Beca grabs her phone out of her hands. “I hate you.” Beca sighs while handing her phone back.
Chloe chuckles at her friends while she also gets out of the truck. “You wanna head back Becs?” The redhead asks, making Beca calm down about the picture and softly nod. “Yep.” “See you later guys!” Chloe yells at the Bellas, who are all getting ready to leave. “Bye Bhloe!” They hear Fat Amy yell, followed by some whistling and laughter. The two of them continue to walk away, a light color of red covering their cheeks.
“So, was it completely terrible or did you secretly love it?” Chloe asks when they’re making their way to the dorms. “Apart from freezing to death it was pretty okay. Definitely wouldn’t say love it. Thanks for keeping me warm though.” “No problem.” Chloe says, softly nudging her smaller friend. Their hands brush against each other softly and naturally Chloe slowly traps Beca’s hand in hers. They share a comfortable silence as they enter the building, hands remaining together. They arrive at Beca’s room first. “In all honesty, I did like the idea of it all.” Beca confesses as she opens the door. “Don’t think I even know the title of the movie they played but-” Chloe chuckles.
“Thanks for going with me.” Chloe says wrapping her arms around Beca’s waist. Beca smiles and is pulled into a warm hug by the redhead. She closes her eyes as she rests her head against Chloe’s chest. She doesn’t want the night to end. She doesn’t want to sit alone in her dorm and try to relive all the moments they shared. And it’s like Chloe feels the same way cause she doesn’t let go as long as Beca doesn’t. They acknowledge the fact that this hug is obviously way more than just a friendly see-you-later hug, and when they lean back they give each other the same type of smile. “Goodnight.” Chloe whispers before leaning in quickly and pressing a small peck onto Beca’s lips, taking the brunette by surprise. “Goodnight.”
