I need help
I do so good for days about eating only healthy things and very little. I drink so much water and then I screw it up on day 4.
I NEED HELP!! I don’t know what’s wrong with me. I want to be skinny and beautiful but if I keep being stupid and fat I’m never going to get there.

Hey..
I’ll be 23 in February. I have two beautiful kids. 5 year old and a 6 month old.
I have an eating disorder and suffer from sever depression so I’m over weight with the mind set of an anorexic. I restrict, I binge. I workout and eat low calorie diets most of the time.
I’m not married but still with the father of my children.
He’s made me feel worthless and fat and stomped on my heart too many times to count but I can’t leave... I can’t leave because I know no one else will want this fat piece of shit.
I’m laying in my bed crying after yet another lie. I’ve basically become his fuck toy and that’s it. He treats me like dirt, he doesn’t show that he cares, he doesn’t act like he loves me but I can’t leave.
I am so torn. I’m so broke. All I want is to just end it but I have to stay strong for my kids.
I just don’t know what to do anymore...

It’s supposed to take 21 days before doing something becomes a habit. 
So just think. 
21 days without binging could be a lifetime of self-control.
21 days of not eating after 6 could mean always waking up skinny.
21 days of actually working out could mean a lifetime of thin.

Day 01: 1 apple + 30 min workout
Day 02: 2 tangerines + 30 min run
Day 03: 10 tomatoes + yoga
Day 04: 4 green asperagus + 30 min workout
Day 05: small container of fat free yoghurt + 30 min run
Day 06: 1 banana + 2 hour walk
Day 07: fast + 30 minute workout
If you keep this up, you can lose around 14 kg/30 lbs in one week.
So set your goal, believe in yourself and keep this shit up because you are in control and you can do this.
