A little Chihuahua was born these days 🌸 She looks funny in her flower hat and romantic skirt, but she's very cute.
She will be for the next shop update. Or, if you are interested, book now. The doll is fully movable, the head, legs, and tail also keep their shape.

My least favorite painting (attempted Infinity Train art nouveau) vs my favorite painting (pic I saw while researching for the Nimona mermaid AU) from my watercolor workbook! (artistic nudity warning for the workbook)

Watch out for the keyboard demon! Inspired by a suggestion from my brother.
The devil horns and hands are keycap puller rings, the big devil is holding another type of keycap puller tool as a weapon, and the wings are based on split keyboards.

So I took an inking class last summer, and we had to ink an assessment pic at the beginning of the semester. I just inked it again with the same brush 6 months later, and…

We've got progress! Slightly less shaky, and I can ink much thinner lines now. Plus the guy's head actually looks fuzzy now, the locking mechanism on the door and the back-background on the right are more detailed, and the floor panels are more precise. Plus I got a dip pen to do nice, straight lines on the borders now!
Happy day!

Hourly Comic Day 2025
I've only ever done hourly comic day once, five years ago (when it was also on a Saturday LOL). My life has changed a lot since then, and it's interesting to see those ways in comic form.
I simplified the challenge by only committing to one comic per three hour block (and didn't include the chunk of 10pm-1am of catching up on hourlies + trying and failing to fall asleep). I have to say, ditching the illustration/diary style and only picking one event to make a comic of was way nicer!
