Sappy post alert! The one thing that I am the most proud this year is that I am achieving my fitness goals following a holistic approach. I have dropped down to 163 lbs with 32 waist from 195lbs and 34 waist and now I wake up with more energy and excited to hit the gym, that to me makes a world of difference in the way I feel about myself and my outlook on things. It may sound superficial to you, but it is more than that. It was the work, sacrifice and that I changed my character that matters most. Seeking self mastery in the area of food consumption was the hardest, I had to humble myself and seek advise via trainers, online and in person, many deep conversations with friends in the same path and applying that advice that generated a change from the inside out.
