Human populations won’t grow unsustainably when women have agency. Nature, too, has it’s own ways of maintaining balance.

Men treat both women and nature as their property, as something to use for their purposes. Men will strip a woman of her rights and use her and make her birth children for him until she dies. Men will strip nature of her rights and use her and plant monocrops and use artificial fertilizers until the land is barren and ecosystems collapse.

The male fantasy of never ending growth drives both actions, as does the male failure to consider other beings experiencing anything at all. Women and nature, we exist only for his purposes.

honestly unpopular opinion while I do agree w separating the art from the artist but some cases on here really gives me the sideye once you see the pattern of artist/creators here ppl find acceptable and not

People tend to hold morals they hope they'll never have to confront. I've had to drop plenty of songs and artists because the shit they did directly opposed my basic moral code (don't be a pedo, don't abuse your partner, etc.).

Realistically, a lot of people are weak-willed. Like, a lot. They don't want to look inward or confront their idols. It's only the people who never worshipped them in the first place who have no problem turning away from them.
