Whoever would've thought about it, Finnian was not one of those people. The blind jackal was just changing his bandages after doing his daily desert town chores, if you can call them that, for the day just when his ears caught the echoing distorted voice of the dark hedgehog.

He honestly never thought that the hedgehog would come back to the town ruins, no matter how many times he has been proven wrong. Well might as well go over there now that he's here, good thing he just changed his bandages so he's all cleaned and tidy for the visit even if it was unintentionally.

Finnian made his cautious way over to Ruby, following the sound of his voice and his memory of getting around the ruins. Once the bandaged jackal was near enough, his tail flickered against the ground to purposely make some sound against the pebbles so his appearance wouldn't be much of a suprise.

" what did you bring? "

Ivory eyes look at the ebony agent, while his head did a slight tilt. His expression just as neutral as ever.

Who would’ve thought the dark hedgehog would come all this way to the ruins that Finnian called his home.. Just to bring him something to eat and check up on him? The deserted town, or whatever it used to be, felt so strange, no matter how often he’d wander through it in order to find the blind jackal. Where could he be..?

“ Finnian? Are you there? `` 

Ruby was not really one quickly bothered by an echo, but his voice sounded as hollow as this nearly abandoned place, like a ghostly howl echoing through the area, distorting his voice in an odd, uncomfortable way.. Finnian better be around here somewhere or for Chaos’ sake… Who knows where Finnian was wondering around right now? He better not be near the cliffs again, there was something extremely unsettling about knowing Finnian was wondering around so close to the edge..

” I brought you something. Where are you? “

Finnian's head flopped to the side, his foggy white eyes holding no certain emotion. He simply did a jerky motion to shrug his shoulders as a response to the confused hedgehog's question.

"Nothin' in particular, jus' that cucumbers are fruit."

Probably should ignore the blind jackal. He's been like this ever since the lil' mask incident with another counterpart or doppleganger of his. He's just saying random unimportant things that are capable of taking hours of one's time of life.

A slight annoyed sigh left the blind jackal after the cop's voice reached his ears. He just can't catch a break now can he? First the mysterious sudden attack and now this. Finnian turned to his direction, his expression of course blank as always. It seemed that knowing the potential change of going back to jail didn't faze him at all.

"....can you not do this right now?"
