With eyes closed and hands outstretched, Carrie simply enjoyed the falling snow. Each tuff of flake fell into her open palms, smelling quickly before dropping back off her fingers as cool water. A soft breeze blew at her form and she shivered momentarily, as she had rushed out to watch the snowfall without grabbing a cloak or a scarf. There simply hadn’t been any snow at all this winter and to see it fall now in such thick clumps made her indescribably happy.
