Arrow/Cap Theory

 During a flashback to the island, you hear Anthony Ivo talking about never being able to reproduce the serum from world war two, and while that in and of itself isn’t a particularly important line, it leads me to believe that it is quite possibly the same serum given to Captain America, Which would prove why they needed someone with a strong mind and moral compass before injecting him. Where he to already be angry and quick tempered, the mirakuru would make cap a violent soldier, likely to turn against the team, and we wouldn’t have the cap we know and love today. Slade was already angry and violent with some, but limited self control. He would have no chance avoiding the effects of the serum that cause anger and warp your mind. so, what do you think? is Mirakuru the same as cap’s super serum?
