When you point out a mistake you see in another person, you are consciously or subconsciously recognizing that you have made a similar mistake at some point in your life. Therefore, by condemning another person for his or her mistakes, you are really only condemning yourself. If you wish to correct the flaws you find within other people, you must first be prepared to correct those flaws within yourself.
