There was a long moment of silence, even after Semiramis has given Gilgamesh his box of chocolate and a kiss to the cheek. Gilgamesh didn’t blink, he didn’t change his blank facial expression, he just stood there and stared down at Semiramis. Finally, the Golden King blinked before his arms wrapped around the Wise Queen’s waist and lifted her up in the air as if she was simply a little girl to him. 

He adjusted her position so she was sitting on his shoulder as the Golden King walked down the halls. Soon, he gave that haughty laugh of his.

“Behold, imbeciles! For you shall not find somebody as adorable as Semiramis!”

What was Gilgamesh’s mood? Happy, extremely so.

Can you hear it, the deep snark in his tone? How terrified the King of Heroes is of this tiny woman before him. Arms crossed as his head tilt to the side, a bemused smile was shown. Gilgamesh’s entire posture screaming out for the woman before him to challenge him, to test her limits.

Clever girl, it was assuring to know that her childhood at least went by smoothly. His hands finally letting go of her own as he ended up standing up, staring down at the small child that gave him a cheeky reply. Brows raised in amusement of it all. There was no denying that the small girl before him was excited by his presence.

“That’s a cute way of thinking but--” He stopped himself, she was young and a princess, it’s best to just let her think that her own prince charming would come to sweep her off her feet so Gilgamesh didn’t say any more about that topic.”You don’t know me but I know you but that is fine.                    BIG EYES KEEP staring at the man, a soft glow seems to radiate of him. a hand reaches out, carefully touching his head, his rosy cheeks almost the same color as hers, to her surprise the man’s head isn’t boiling up ( that means he musn’t be sick ), but it’s pleasantly warm; so without shame she slides both her hands to his cheeks. a smile, wide, head tilted to the side and eyes almost closed. “i do not think it’s that easy, maybe you should ask someone else.”

This child was not aware of the power she has yet. This was truly an innocent young girl before she realizes the cruelty of her own childhood. However, Semiramis was still Semiramis. She denied him the right to even adopt her as his younger sister. Lips curl up in a smirk, he was amused by the outcome of all of this. 

“Hoh?”

“You are a brave little girl denying a King his right to adopt.” He didn’t sound upset or threatening, just amused. Holding the girl’s tiny hands in his, Gilgamesh decided to try something different. He moved Semirami’s hands and pressing her fingers against his lips. A soft kiss was heard upon her fingertips.

“Then perhaps I shall make you my bride?”

After much consideration, I decided to make Gilgamesh acknowledge only CANON Masters that he had in Fate. This is mostly for my own sanity and comfort because in the past I just felt...how do I describe it, turn off by it. 

Sorry friends, I been debating about this for a long time especially since Gilgamesh is a Servant that won’t just be SUMMONED by just anybody. Unless you can give me a clear reason, sure, but even then, I don’t think I’m willing to budge on the subject.

Gilgamesh has always been curious how Semiramis would act like a child and how she would have look and as expected, it went beyond his imagination. He felt like one of the Elder Gods took a hold of his heart and chuck it to the Underworld. 

He almost wanted to cry.

Semiramis was far too adorable. 

“I...I am fine.” The Great King of Heroes managed to blurt out and quietly tried to calm himself back into his usual regal stance. If Semiramis in her normal form saw Gilgamesh in this, she would definitely try to rub it in his face and embarrass him. Hopefully, she doesn’t recall this embarrassing act from Gilgamesh. 

So without further ado, Gilgamesh bend down towards the younger girl, crimson hues meeting golden before his strong arms wrapped around her delicate frame, hoisting her up in the air as he held her.

“I declare you to be adopted by me.” 

It wasn’t like he didn’t force Semiramis to be part of his family earlier when they first met.
