Hiii ! Me personally I actually struggle to get into headspace buttttt here is what I do/things that help!

Playing w kitty toys ( balls of string, squicky mice, running mice, laser pointers, & more)

Sunbathing! (Or alternatively laying on a heated blanket)

Making biscuits on my softest plushies!

Watching videos of fish in ponds (very relaxing when im sleepy too😭☝🏽)

Meowing back at kitties

Wondering around outside/in forest (be careful !)

Eating meats

Cuddling w soft blankets

Being around other pet regressors !
